Hey there. Now I say this with love and not hate and also I am a qualified chef. The preparation that went into the meat on the spit I feel was wasted because when you took it off the fire you should have let it rest for a while first ( if you did let it rest and edited it out then awesome ) when you cut it down into slices you can see how juicy the meat looks and it looks great but then I feel all your hard work was wasted when you put all those pieces onto the fire to grill because you lost all the juicy goodness from the meat and at the end you can see the texture of the meat and it looks dry. Now I just stumbled across this video somehow and I will say your stunning. I will subscribe and keep watching your content as im always looking for new stuff to watch on TH-cam.

Пережарила, пересушила, эх ты, а ведь так хорошо начиналось, но кишки надо мать вывернув их наизнанку, иначе слизь не уходит, надо было покрыть каждый сантиметр жира кишками и в самом начале обжечь отктырым огнем, чтобы корочка схватилась и жир не бежал в огонь, а то что потом она порезала это и поставила на угли вообще добило весь жир... Он весь ушел в угли( и получилось что получилось, а еще накладывать пару кусочков в хлеб и кушать хлеб с запахом мяса, словом началось вкусно, кончилось за упокой 🤦♂️
