😲. OMG!! Those tacos were GINOURMOUS!! They really fill them up!! Lengua is my favorite. Years ago, someone told me it was like the best pot roast, tender and soft...they weren't wrong lol. 😊. Thanks again for taking us along, Tim.
Tim, thank you so much for your kindness and superb personality. You definitely light up when you are sharing your content. Very professional and extremely friendly. Always keep that wonderful smile. God bless
I live in Seattle myself. 🙏🏻 And my cousin actually told me about these tacos a few weeks ago. I didn’t know they were located in Northgate till I googled them. Truly some of the best tacos and food in general that I’ve had. For those living in the Puget Sound area, I truly recommend them. Best play to hit up on a Friday or Saturday night (preferably around 8pm cause the lines get busy and very fast).
It’s on the corner of NE Northgate Way and Roosevelt Way NE. There’s an empty lot right on the corner of the Northgate Village plaza. There’s a TJ Max, Concentra and Big 5 Sporting Goods. You’ll see the big billboard signs and the taco truck is just south of that. You can’t miss it.
@@exiromero7597 you’re welcome. ☺ I hope you like them. This past weekend I went there again for like the 4th time in the last 2 weeks 😁 totally worth it
It was a very fun experience and I was quite curious to see what Canada’s best restaurant has to offer. Really enjoyable and love the variety of the dishes.
Looks so yummy! I for the life of me don’t know where you put all that food and keep your figure!! I gained 10 pounds just watching you eat. Thank you for a wonderful video.
: ) WOW and OMG ! That is by my Daughter place, so will HAVE to have her try and maybe drive over to check out YUMMY food ! THANKS MUCH for sharing, and ALL the BEST ! ! ! Cheers : )
That was awesome, Tim!!! That food looked so delicious!!! I'm practically drooling👍🤤 There is something so cool about the neighborhood coming out to have some good food together, even if you do have to wash the car afterward😂😂 That was great, Tim, thank you for sharing!!!💖
Thank you for your channel, Tim! I found it a couple of months ago and enjoyed your food reviews but forgot to subscribe. So glad your channel showed up on my feed yesterday. Dedicated followed moving forward!
That place looks incredible! Would be awesome if they opened up a sister location down in the 253 closer to me, but I'll definitely have to plan a trip just to go try it! Thanks for sharing!
Fun video, really enjoying yourself. When I moved here there was a food truck that had lengua as a choice, always got those. They are gone now. I've made tongue at home just to make the tacos. It's a bit of work. We have lots of Mexican places here but it's not the same as eating outside after watching them made. Blessings from stormy Oregon.
When I'm in LA, Lengua, cabeza, al pastor and carnitas are my taco combos. My salsa or pico de gallo are always loaded with cilantro plus lime if they have em'. Happy eating 👍
Another good video. Thank you for introducing us to this taco joint. I personally have not heard of it but looking forward to trying it out. If you’re in the Bellevue/Redmond area, you should check out Los Chilangos. They have a few branches but I prefer the Bellevue one. Just a few blocks from Mandarin Buffet, along 148th st. Too Tasty!!!
Hi there tim yes this is a different video for me never seen you eating food in a parking on the truckof your car😅 very cool though. I love taco's and those looked great!! No dessert huh??
What fun food adventure! I know what you mean about good tacos being hard find outside of certain places. Looks like you're blessed with good tacos, & great service:)

@@TimLeeLetsGo 😄😁 Those 2-3 days here in New York the weather has been so crazy like its Summer. I'm lucky to have two different local family owned places within 5 minutes of me that serve great Tacos and other Mexican food. But having Tacos El Gordo after a night out in Vegas is great too 😋
It was tacos, El Gordo that introduced me to tacos in the first place. By the way, did you know that place pull in $5 million a month! Better than most casinos, I suspect.
@@TimLeeLetsGo You sent me down a little rabbit hole. The average McDonald's in the US makes under 3 million per year. I think that figure was supposed to be 5 million per year(not the 60 million/year @ 5M/month) If that was for all 7 locations/month that's 8.5m/year per restaurant... that also seems high. I was a restaurant manager for 20 years so the numbers didn't make sense. I did Google it and found a post on Instagram stating that. I couldn't find any other source backing it up though because Tacos El Gordo is a private company so they don't have to post income like a Publicly traded one would. I do love their Tacos though 😋
I always wanted to try brain tacos. Does the carbesa tacos have brian or just cheek meet. They all look great. Lingua is tongue, right? Great episode Tim.
They were a bit vague with the Cabeza, and I didn’t bother asking what exactly it entails as it’s probably something I don’t want to know, but very tasty😁
Cabeza is like the best pot roast you ever ate with a flavor that's beef but with some collagen and fat flavor. I would have just got a burrito for the next day. Those look like a burrito zeppelin.
@TimLeeLetsGo I used to go to Tacos Guyamas in White Center, Capital Hill, and Greenlake back in the day to get my Cabeza Street Tacos and Wet Burritos fix. I found this place called Tacos Mexico in West Hill Kent off Military next to the National Guard Armory now. Pretty good west coast Mexican and they have all the meats. As close as I can find to LA or San Diego in Washington. Give them a shot if you're in the South End ever. I think they get 4.6 on Google Reviews. Tacos Mexico 24608 36th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032
To eat tacos like a pro, pinch on end and make a cone. The angle it up and chow down. Very little falls out and it is way neater w no juice running down your wrist
I love seeing hardworking people, who take pride in their work.
Do they have food handlers permit like everybody else ?
