ED CBI income tax and all departments should be dismissed and jungel law to be imposed in India
The investigation agencies are playing delaying tactics but article 21 of the Constitution is violated.
The court should grant bail to make ot a level playing field.
Why there is no action against all these people who are taking life long time !

It’s ridiculous that citizens, CMs , are kept in Jail without any proof. Everyone , seems to follow his Masters voice, making citizens no live in fear.,ED, CBI, should be punished for ruing the life of innocent citizens . We are living in British rule.

It is consoling that they sympathize with accused, but competes to satiate the tyrant of agencies. I Feel, they fear, the similar action in case they standup. "CASE W/o BASE"
Sometimes corruption is null and void as there is no clue. Most of the politicians and officers think corruption is their birth right. In our judiciary system it is very difficult to convict an accused person who has influence and effluent. But it is easy to convict an innocent common man. No one is behind him to file a bail petition. This is dark side of emerging India.
It is not difficult to pass justice against accused, it’s the fact that they are scared of the consequences. We need judges who are fearless and have the courage to stand up for justice. Country needs people in judiciary who are not self seving. There always comes a time in a profession when it requires the people to rise above to their pettiness and show some sacrifice or run. I believe it is the hour of test for judiciary in India. Every judge who is peeing in their pants should resign and make way for those who can rise to the challenge.
@@Msnovy You are right.If judges are scared about consequences, then I say they are not fully utilising the power of law, or our system could not protect them, or their integrity is doubtful. So it time to make our Judges courageous impartial, not running after money. So there should be a strong monitoring system to monitor not only judges but lawyers, finally politicians and Government.

Indian courts(most of them) are COMEDY CENTRAL. Indian Judiciary is like Nigeria. Unnecessary discussions after discussions. Its an OPEN AND SHUT CASE....Supreme court and other courts are just wasting tax payers money and time on these cases of APP officials. It seems like judges are vacationing...keeping quiet and just listening for no reason.
