I think this shoe(designed by a Chinese team)was put on a competition with the final Kai 1(designed by US team) for Kyrie. Ultimately Kyrie picked the latter one, so they put this one to the shockwave series.

Have you looked at the uncivilized 2.0 ? It's a small company that made the first minimalist style basketball shoe. Ideal for wide footers it would seem. It would be dope if you reviewed those since it's a pretty unique niche sneaker.

No way. Anta just like Nike is not improving their newer releases, instead riding on the coattails of the K1s. Shockwave series is a mess. They are competing with the king Li-Ning (WOW) and the little brother 361 who in my opinion are the 2 best performance basketball shoe manufacturers in the world. They both have surpassed Nike in terms of quality playability and tech.,Anta is just a laggard. Absolutely abysmal. They are living off one shoe.

Tbh I like this more on the looks side. But they should have made it more comfy specially the materials on the midsole to be softer for impact
i checked this shockwave 6 at the mall today, rubber outsole feels very durable and the ankle support, lockdown feel is awesome
