    Also, what's with the "noiselessly" placing our feet on the earth???)) Is this a new thing in yoga? )))

      Often people will heavily step their foot in between their hands, with a lot of huffing and puffing, and not enough core engagement. By focusing on engaging your core, doming your back, and pulling your knee to your chest, you can place your foot on the mat without any sound or heaviness. Hence, the 'noiselessly' cue.
