Why are they moving from such a wonderful home?
This house needs a lot of work.
eg. the front pillars have no entablature or entasis; too much white (gives a sterile feel to the home = soul crushing); interior trim is poorly designed...
This house is little more then a builder's special, with little to no thought going into the design process. Shame, as it could have be a true beauty.
