This is one of my favorite houses in Golden Oak. Having said that, the "renovation" or "modernization" that the current owners did is a travesty. The original decor was so spot-on. Sometimes, these Tuscan themes are overdone, but this one was so well balanced with warm colors and beautiful wood tones throughout. Now, plain white is all you see throughout the majority of the house and the warmth has been lost. What the current owners did in the master bath - painting over all of the warm wood beams with white paint... should be a crime. Still a fantastic layout and one of the best pools in the neighborhood!
