Thank you so much Emylee for showing/teaching me that avocado together with soft boiled egg on bread is not only delicious, but also hearty and healthy. (A few months ago.) It is my go-to after most of my workouts. I’m not a shuffler but do like your videos.
Not gonna lie coming from a old skool raver and bboy bck in the day if u had down sized in the Adidas Gazelle kicks to a 6 half they are a great shoe for dancing tho or try a Puma classic in suede or leather but me myself i much preferred my battered up red white & blue Nike Huaraches burnt up many a floor trust me 👌 keep up the great work .. The Vans definitely looked the best, best pop. Maybe some solid white leathers? The newer SK8 HI has those stretchy things on the sides of the tongue which is what’s makes them more difficult to put on. The older ones don’t have that, you could cut them out? I think their there to keep the tongue centered better. I love Vans, only shoe I wear you have huge pop in them!!! Black w/pink wave leathers?!!!!
RE: Vans SK8 Hi don/doff difficulty: (put-on, take-off) When lacing, if you skip the second and fourth eyelet pairs from the top, the throat will open much wider. You will need shorter laces or custom length them by cutting and melting ends with a bic lighter or heat gun. Use a glove to roll melted lace end into a narrow aglet to fit thru eyelets. I also apply a figure-8 knot near the end of each lace to prevent un-threading. This will also permit un-tied casual walking without laces dragging. You will be able to step into your SK8s like slippers then lace them up when ready for action. I hope this is helpful, 16:11
I recently got the air max 95s as per Kento’s rec and I am digging them! I imagine they are pretty similar to the 97s as they are bouncy and good for toe stalls etc. thanks for the review! I was curious about the others.
I have Vans. They aren't bouncy at all but are so grippy & flat. I feel like I can't slide in them at all. That makes sense since skateboarders need grip in their shoes.
I still wonder how people actually manage to be able to shuffle. Whenever I'm on a rave it usually is 1.) outside on rocks and grass 2.) inside with a really sticky floor probably because of all the spilled alcohol and sodas 3.) inside, covered with rugs all over the floor I guess it's all about finding a good, not so crowded spot
hi. love your dancing & your shoes. =) being someone who wears both Converse & Vans myself & i also work in shoes, i just wanted to share a couple things-.& sorry if it's a bit much. as far as your Adidas that are too big, & yes, they do look bigger than your other sneakers, i can't actually be sure without seeing your shoes in person so i could be wrong, but seeing the difference in size of those from the rest of your sneakers & how they fit on your feet on video, i'm guessing that maybe they're not a Womens' size 7, but probably a Mens' size 7, which is equivalent to a Womens' size 8 1/2 or 9, depending on the cut of the shoe. then as far as Converse & Vans, i noticed in general, not only are Vans harder to get on, but they just seem to run a bit smaller cause i wear a larger size in Vans than i do Converse & other shoes. from what i've seen of your videos, & correct me if i'm wrong, i believe your shoe size is basically between a 7 & 7 1/2, right? now if you need or want a good laugh, i'm a guy, i'm 5'7", and, if i'm right about your feet being a sz 7-7 1/2, then we can Almost share shoes cause your feet are only a Half size smaller than mine! lol =) it's ok. you can laugh at my small feet. =) but i wanted to let u know that in Converse i wear either the mens' 5 1/2/womens' 7 1/2 or mens' 6/womens' 8, which is my normal shoe size & what my (little) feet measure. lol but in Vans i have to go up & wear between the mens' 6/womens' 7 1/2 in some & the mens' 7/womens' 8 1/2 in others. so if you're usually a size 7-7 1/2 in most shoes, try going to either a 7 1/2 or 8 in Vans. i'm so sorry i wrote so much but wanted to give ya some tips on the shoes. & i really do feel like there's a good chance those Adidas are a Mens' size 7. good luck with those & let me know if any of that helps. have a great weekend!

Hi Emylee. I have a pair of the same Reebok Freestyle HI. I admire the look of it and the comfort it provides. I used to wear them whenever I went out, exercised in a health club, and at an old job. I also appreciate your dancing.
I have a pair of Chucks but I hate how the toes are so huge, they're uncomfortable to dance in and give me blisters. I'm deathly afraid of twisting my ankle, which is an common injury I've had since I was a kid. I really love Yeezy's for that reason, because the base is so wide I never step on my ankle sideways, but there's no way to shuffle in those things. The bottom is a gripping tread with soft foam. The Yeezys are great for Jumpstyle though... Very bouncy.

Have you ever tried dance sneakers? I sometimes use sansha electron or bloch. They are super easy and fun to do toe stands and they look interesting. Also affordable. But they probably wear out faster too. I het them at discount dance supply.
Thx for this. I will try some of those shoes. Alas I have very wide feet. Only shoes I feel comfortable in are some from Asics. I use the GT2000 for shuffling. Not doing shapes or toe stuff, so here is my call for you to try and rate them. I have to size up at least a whole US size in them. So you might wanna actually go to a store to fit your Asics size.
Those Reebok Freestyle Hi were seen on some episodes of Legends of the Hidden Temple in its first season. I would've imagined the two remaining teams dancing like that for a time before the temple games.

isi shuffles used white nike airmax 90 she has had these for over a year and on her second pair now. These are a must try. 👍

the vans just need to be broken in more. They get easier every time and you shouldnt have to take any laces out after some weeks
