The chorus actually has more meaning to it than just an ad placement. The phrase "Coca-Cola is tasty" is a popular rhyme used in Korea. Simular to how the west has "Sky blue, sky blue" or "eeny meenie minny moe", New Jeans remixed the rhyme and used it as a chorus.

I think the whole kpop groups making full on music videos for ads have been a thing for a while. I remember 2ne1 and girls generation have done this in the past, and probably a lot of other groups. But I don’t follow ad-mv that often so can’t name other examples
