t is very important to use correct engine oil in your motorcycle (bike) and scooty (scooter).
JASO MA: Oils for motorcycles with a wet clutch. These oils deliver the needed friction performance to prevent the clutch from slipping and are therefore non-friction modified. These oils can be used in 4-stroke motorcycle engines where there is one oil system in place for the engine, gearbox and clutch. MA oils are suitable for all applications.
JASO MB: Oils for motorcycles with an automatic transmission (scooters). These oils deliver the needed friction performance by added friction modifiers which provide fuel economy benefits. These type of oils are ranged as the lowest friction oils in 4-stroke motorcycle oils. MB oils should not be used when a MA oil is required as they could induce clutch slippage in motorcycles and should therefore only be used in scooters. The transmission in scooters is done by use of belts or chains and does therefore not require any oil.

You can use Castrol , Motul or Liqui Molly as per your choice.

i have a 12 year old tvs scooty streak, ran almost 43000 km, full servicing was done at sep13 {41602 odo indicated} and today its 20th oct {42909 odo indicated}. It was a motul scooter electra LE engine oil, left about 100-150 ml. Why my scooty drinking this much engine oil. Like literally ran around 1000+km and the engine oil was also a semi synthetic. but there is no {black or white} smoke coming out of the silencer, also behaving completely O.K with good milage, good acceleration. what is happening ??

Sir ji in my new bike I am not able to downshift multiple gear at once. For example: If I'm running at 5th gear and due to sudden braking for some reason I need to downshift the gear from 5th to 1st but it is not possible. What could be the reason? It's a new bike (Hero Super Splendor)

It happens in Every new engine ride it very politely and do not rev it till first service after 1k km your gearbox will be free. Don't shift multiple at once after shifting one gear wait for few sec and then another before stopping
