looks great. if i wanted to make several at one time and freeze them, at what point should i freeze them? after frying in the oil or after cooking in the oven?
Looks delicious, I always love eating these types of chickens. There also is one with garlic butter in the middle if I’m not mistaken. Idk if it’s the same thing but as another variant but could you maybe to this?
Now I know what I am making for dinner this weekend. Hope you don't mind, but I will make a madeira mushroom sauce with it and serve it with rice pilaf.
Great simple recipe, well demonstrated - but "....heat up to 350......" Are you kidding? There'll be kitchens set on fire around the World. Why don't you use internationally recognised units? This is the World Wide Web, Chef!
That's gorgeous. I love the tip about wrapping it really tight with plastic wrap. Definitely going to try this method next time.
I hope you’ll love it 😊
I have made a few hundred of those over the years, popular menu special. Gotta double bread. That's how you keep the delicious inside.

Chicken Kiev is what you are referring to I believe. I am pretty sure there is an excellent video for that preparation over on Babish.
