Probably worth pointing out that this build is trying to maximize the new Jack of All Trades rune, which is why you build a mage item into a marksman item, since they give different stats.
I started playing this build like 17 days ago and I've been on a tear. Ive never played this champ before but I"m currently sitting at a 74% winrate with him. Its so bonkers.
The buffs get shared if your Jg is working on his items. I believe if it's half way done. it doesn't matter about drags. Your team will get buffs if the Jg item is finished.
if you mean red/blue then it's tier 2 smite, they changed it when they added grubs because the global buffs happen at 20 minutes no matter what (tbf most junglers are finishing smite by then if they're efficiently clearing, and not getting perma invaded)
probably not cuz i think building ap in first place is not viable and volibear needs to play eihter objectives or ganks. (i mean ap's cool but offensive tank with ad will do much better in my opinion)

Ability haste doesn’t scale linearly, the more you have the less each point is worth. Having 15-20 matters way more when you would 0 then when you’d have 70.
It just means that the first 15-20 ability haste is more impactful than anything after that. It’s closer to 1-to-1 conversion to Cooldown Reduction. But after that, it has diminishing returns

Pretty sure he explains why he the first 2 items are wanted. Jack or all trades just extra. It's not built around this rune.
