Brother the problem is I restarted my pc to run it in safe mode. When I got into safe mode virus was not there my real time protection and other options were disabled I was not able to turn them on and when I clicked on quick scan it was stuck on 0:00 and now what shall I do? And in normal mode I can quick scan and all.

I had the same problem and I used command prompt (I started it as administrator) and then I deleted there that file with command -del I think. And also I could not see system folders but I used parameter, I think /a and then I could see it with DIR command. Because that file I could not delete for log from defender and that service is running also in safe mode and you can't kill it. Also I had a feeling if that malware doesn't use the exe file or dll files of defender, because I read that defender is not running in safe mode but in my case it's running. I was also trying to change register but it is running forever and that's it. I was really surprised that at the end I deleted that file somehow, but before I found the way how to delete it - I just delete only in that file all the texts and then I saved it and system was ok with it. Like I had permission to change that file but not detele. So I deleted all inside and that file was just empty, but at the end I deleted it completely from drive. And I am not sure if now my comp is safe - I don't think so. Viruses and malware have to be more tricky to remove from computer. If it's not a malware from a little child.
