What's the difference between getServletContext().setAttribute() and request.setAttribute()? Stackoverflow's answer has a whole debate abt it and doesnt clear things up. I know this is 4 years old btw, but doesn't hurt to try
Hi, Like i iam having two projects. project A and project B both projects i imported into intellij, here i want to redirect from project A html page to project B html page. Like how to deploy these two projects into tomcat server container like Add and Remove in eclipse.
When I try to redirect to another servlet like you do with "/secondary" I get a 404 error, I checked my path and its all correct, and when I use it with forward it works perfectly, can you help me?
This material is better than any Servlet tutorials I've come across online. Even the paid courses on Udemy don't come close to this. Great job Kody!
Wow, thanks! I appreciate that
On UDEMY there is a whole Java pro course which is kind of cool.
Thank you so much, Kody for clearing my confusion between redirecting and forwarding requests. Now, I am getting interested to learn more.
You're very welcome! Keep learning :)
