    So-called '' the terrible diet advice'' has helped tens of thousands of people recover from the diseases where mainstream medicine called them chronic and incurable. You know what is the main problem with the carnivore diet for the people like the quest of the podcast? If he recommends the carnivore way of eating he would not be able to sell his artificial chemical '' protein pancakes'' and other stuff. I don't know about his fitness knowledge, but definitely don't take any dietary advice from him. Thanks for the host for another podcast.

      Yes some individuals report significant health improvements on diets like the carnivore diet, especially in the context of specific health issues.
      However, when discussing dietary advice on a public platform, it’s crucial to rely on comprehensive scientific evidence to ensure the recommendations are safe and beneficial for the majority.
      The key word here being MAJORITY.
      The majority of nutritional science supports a diet that includes a variety of nutrient dense foods, incorporating fruits, vegetables, satiating carb sources, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
      This approach is advocated by numerous health organizations globally because it’s backed by extensive research showing its benefits in reducing the risk of chronic diseases, ensuring adequate nutrient intake and supporting overall health.
      While the carnivore diet gets a lot right and might offer temporary relief for certain conditions, possibly due to the elimination of processed foods or specific allergens, it’s important to consider the long-term implications of excluding entire food groups.
      These can include nutrient deficiencies, potential impacts on gut health due to a lack of dietary fiber, you’re also missing out on a lot of beneficial foods that demonised by carnivore zealots.
      It’s also worth noting that individual testimonials, while powerful, do not equate to scientific evidence.
