Sailor Moon R The Movie but i think there's something wrong with my graphics card

this is what keeps happening when i try to convert the dvd files to an mp4. if someone knows why this might be happening pls lmk bc i'm worried for my graphics card lol

oh I have no idea, how are you converting the files?

i used some software called handbrake after vlc wasnt working to convert the disk files from a usb disk drive to mp4 on my computer. i actually figured it out recently, playing the disk and recording for obs works great !

still no clue if it really was my graphics card or not. its not that old or crappy, but sometimes video gets messed up watching youtube, too
