On an e-commerce website connected with shiprocket and when the customer pays the courier charges while ordering the product, do we still need to recharge our shiprocket account and pay the courier charges the customer selected while shipping the order. Can anyone please reply....
You need to recharge your Shiprocket account as it will be deducted from your Shiprocket wallet and not directly through what the customer pays. The customer payment will reflect directly in your payment gateway account.
