After him and HU parted ways, he had his own crew called “9Lives” which was some rappers Deuce was making music with and clearly influenced his sound. They fell off pretty hard (look up “what is drugs” and that’s one of Deuces old guys lmao) and the only ones that stuck around were the musically talented ones that influenced Deuces more recent metalcore sound (for the better in my opinion)

Yeah, like you noted in the song. His early solo stuff was Swan Songs vulgarity, and he turned to this hard rock sound later. Considering you like songs called Knife Called Lust I think you’d like Do You Think About Me, Thank you and Nightmare. And you’d hate songs like Freaky Now and Let’s Get it Crackin which are early vulgar Deuce solo songs (both with Jefree Star lol)

You can react on Mattew first solo song called The Know It Alls (by Magic Eyes - his new project) There's an official video for it

i think what you said about Scientology not believing in psychologists and mental health is probably true because i don't really know about Scientology or never looked into it. But, speaking from my experience, i have paranoid personality disorder and after years of therapy and not seeing improvements i have very similar thoughts about psychologists. because most of the times, my paranoid thoughts give me delusions that nothing is wrong with me and when others tell me what is wrong with me, they are trying to control me. Some days i realize that the thinking is wrong but some days i believe my delusions like what deuce sang in this song. I relate to the lyrics 100% about believing that no one else can tell me whats wrong or help me but at the same time whenever my mood changes i will admit theres a problem and be stuck in the middle "do i backtrack on every thought i've had for so many years, my perception about life, about the world? or do i keep going?" i stay stuck between these two thoughts for a while and go back to my delusions after some days or weeks when my mood trigger changes again.
So i think its probably a mix of being paranoid and scientology, because paranoid thoughts trigger mood changes regularly.

I have started to get tired of Deuce’s music because now I start to see that most of Deuce’s music sounds the same. A couple months ago I meant that Deuce was dope and that he was some sort of gangster idk😂 Deuce has good songs but he has too many lines directed towards HU in Nine Lives, and I have newly figured too that the Invincible album sounds the same. I can listen to Deuce sometimes but like not as much as before when I would listen to him all the time. Have become tired of hearing the same shit, and about Deuce’s features😂😂😂 - Maybe I’ll come around again in the future idk.
(Sorry if this comment got messed up and doesn’t make sense spent an hour figuring what and how to write this)
