I just got back into the hobby and don't have a ton of expendable income, but whatnot has been awesome I also have found some nice slabs and singles during $1-$3 starter auctions where I've been able to scoop up a couple graded cards and other nice singles for a fraction of what I would have paid to pull them or even by buying them at an LCS.
I ordered three of these from Target on Jan 5 - also three blasters on Jan 2 - seriously considering just reselling them if they ever get here. My Target and Walmart do not get anything close to Sky-B as far as restocks go.

I was about to buy 10 boxes on ebay on a random auction because the price was good , but watching your video has given me a reality check on the difficulty of pulling your favorite players, let alone Rookies or Autographs. Better off buying a specific player rookie autograph, than to buy 10 boxes and HOPING!!! Thank you, video was an eye opener...

Also however: CONGRATULATIONS PANINI! This is great to see because . . . Mr Flipper will not want to buy cases of this stuff, exactly due to the same reactions you supplied (I doubt I'll Buy more). It means that there should be more of this to find on the shelves for collectors of all ages. Here is an idea . . . I know you buy to show variety, Maybe you should buy at 8 different locations or 2 boxes at each of 4 locations. But well done Panini for making Bulk purchases at the one location less desirable for all involved in Flippers Game.

I’m 6 boxes into the video and I can definitively say that the blasters are WAY more worth it, and that’s not even based on this rip alone. I have watched other mega rips vs blasters and it’s not close. Not to mention if you consider the fact that the 3 best QB’s in the rookie class didn’t even sign auto’s why even chase an auto in a mega vs being able to pull silver variations of the QB’s. Thanks for the video as always, brother. I am waiting on 6 blasters and 3 megas to come in from Target. Balboni will report back when I open them with the results

Only opened prizm once, it was a mega box from 2022 got really lucky and pulled at red white blue Purdy. Trying with the same one you are opening hope my luck isn’t that bad, but you normally pull pretty well. Love watching you man!

Yea, but I think people forget that a base donruss rookie sells for a few bucks and the prizm rookies can be really decent. it does kind of suck opening prizm retail though. I opened 3 blasters and best pull was a will levis true silver rookie@@skybcards
Not bad here. Prizm and 2023 stuff in general is starting to feel like Stroud or bust. I’m always happy to pull some Lions though. Wilson is a great comp for Levis!
One last thing that is coming to mind is why Prizm holds it value so well. 1. It is considered to be the “gold standard” in terms of product and set 2. The hits are extremely hard to come by 3. They are typically priced higher per box in both retail/hobby/FOTL which means less of it is getting opened by the masses
I got lucky ripping 3 of these getting a Puka silver base rookie, Sam LaPorta green pulsar base rookie, Anthony Richardson green pulsar base rookie, & a CJ Stroud green pulsar rookie gear mem. I knew that couldn't have been typical 😅
I opened 1 mega did some case breaks i bought 2 autos and 1 numbered deuce vaughn in a whatnot auction way cheaper than buying a box of this stuff i do have another mega and 4 blasters coming too just want a nice rookie

Why people think Prizm is god of cards. I have never understood the thinking behind that. So, many other great sets then weak Prizm. Pulsars looks great. Probably look great with players we want to see hit! Thank you for sharing

Those were really bad mega boxes! You are correct, it’s not fun when you can’t pull case hits or decent parallels. Especially for $60 a box! If the price went back to $40 maybe I’ll take a chance at a CJ Stroud silver but I’m staying away from Prizm and waiting for Optic. Guess why Prizm silver rookies are more valuable than the other brands silvers. Thanks for sharing as always!

That's why Prizm rookies hold value and Donruss are virtually worthless, it's harder to hit big on Prizm....it's just common sense
