Never believe them. Those kids who say those things are hurt themselves and try to raise themselves up and feel better about themselves but putting others down. That's their "control". Now that I'm 35, and even when you leave grammar school, those people and their comments never matter again! They disappear. Tell the teachers and your parents about it so you can get through your school day. None of their comments matter - but also, get them to stop with the help of your teacher, parents, or principal. Some schools have anonymous bully reporting too. Now that I'm 35, I look back at the bullying they did to me, and it was all just for the sake of being mean (fat comments, hairy comments etc). I always say fat and weight can be lost, a mean soul can't be changed. So I know which one is worse!! Ignore them and consider the source.
Andy's Dad IS still a great singer. I've been singing along with Red Grammer since my kids were very young, and they are really old now; not me, but, they are. Funny how that happens. :)
