This selfish man destroyed his neighbors home, along with all their possessions. Not a safe option for housing with duplexes, condominiums, and apartments are, as stupid incidents like this can happen. You never know what a conjoined neighbor can do to endanger your life. I worked as maintenance for a apartment complex when I had to do a small repair in a unit. The resident had a small electric space heater less than 10 inches from a sofa. I told the resident that it constitutes a fire hazard before I left the residence. I said that advisement in a polite manner. The female resident complained to apartment manager about me telling how to live in her apartment. Three days later, that apartment burned out as a result of the space heater, determined by the fire department. Seven residents were displaced from their apartments by the fire marshal because of the toxic environment from the fire, all because of one incredibly ignorant neighbor. The most infuriating aspect of this was that I was written up for discipline for telling a resident want to do, even though I had told the manager that the resident posed a danger to all the residents in that eight apartments unit. I contacted the fire marshal and explained that three days prior to the fire that I told the manager about the fire hazard, and that it was willfully ignored by the manager, and disciplined for my concern. The apartment manager was fired for her negligence, and the apartments corporate management fired me for going to the fire marshal, exposing the negligence of the apartments management. Lesson learned there is, stupid people left stupid people do stupid things.
That's called crooked slumlord ISM and it doesn't matter if it's an apartment complex property management company they're all the same once crooks always crooks and they're all shady. When the police knock on your door you’re under no obligation to answer it or talk to them. If they have a warrant they’re going to come in you do not have to open the door. Not talking to the police not letting them in your house is not a crime
What was he suspected of doing? Firing flares ? I don't understand he tried doing it the right way sent complaints got no response and he set in that house while his government doesn't do anything and he fumes.
Gotta say, the police were professional top to bottom. No one got hot headed and they responded by the book. That man was seriously unstable, that vehicle saved their lives
The thing is kind of ridiculous how they use all that noise pollution to get him to come out after he had stopped being a new since anyways. Kind of reminds me of some other situations in history if you all know what mean.

Well to begin with he was shooting off flares from his home that could have struck people or they could have caused a fire at houses in the area.
