Frisco beach itself is absolutely beautiful, but the beachfront offered by the campground is traversed by a great number of four-wheel-drive vehicles. Fishermen. Thank God for fish and fishermen. Personally, I do not like to see tire marks on the beach when I go there to the ocean. BUT, stars shine so so brightly at night it makes that camping experience worth it. I was deciding whether at Frisco or Ocracoke, and I have decided upon camping on the latter. Thanks to your video I know Ocracoke is my destinations spot. Thank you for sharing! By the way, in August of 2001 I witnessed a “boiling” which is the birth of baby turtles. It’s utterly flabbergasting and utterly miraculous! All these baby turtles scrambling for the ocean. I wish you the good fortune of witnessing the event. My experience was on Bald Head Island, NC USA. People should note that walking with a flashlight at night, alongside the ocean, requires a red filter on your flashlight. This allows you to see without confusing the wild life. It is as simple as a red cellophane plastic sheet and a rubber band placed over the flashlight bulb. Happy trails, and tales, and life certainly is good!
