Rocking Chair was the song that Jayb was singing at his fancon and he started sobbing, (Hence why back then you saw the videos of him crying and still trying to sing even tho tears where just streaming down his face) Rocking Chair really does feel like a Lullaby, personally I have it playing while I sleep comforting me.
Jay B said he wrote it as a comfort song. He said he wrote it for some friends who were having a hard time. A really cool.thing he is doing at his FanCons which is when he sings this song there is a screen behind him with all the names of the people at his FanCon at that time and as he sings all the names come together to form a rocking chair. This song/music is so beautiful. His voice is soothing on all levels. Thanks for reacting to this
Jay B has said that he wrote Rocking Chair for his close hyung who had been going through a really tough time lately. But it is a bit interesting that the song so often gets interpreted as being for his significant other.

Omg, I am soooo excited for your album reaction, I am soooo sure you will love it. Fountain of Youth is about GOT7 and Ahgases, so touching, and Holyday is my JAM. For Mark's album, it is a lot so make sure you get into the feels because its a little bit too sad to listen to all of it in one sitting.

I love your reactions. Jay B said in an interview why 'go UP' has the title written like this. Jay B sad typography means a lot to him: "go" = continuing for a long time steadily, step by step; "UP"= raise the energy/ have fun. He really thinks about a lot of details when making his releases. I'll be waiting for your reaction to the album, it's so freaking good. Thank you.
Def album is like a sequel of the previously released Love. album, which is titled abandoned love.

Rocking Chair is such a comforting and soothing song, but seeing him break down and cry at his fancon while singing it broke my heart so badly. It was one of the saddest things I've ever seen. I remember watching it live and having no idea what the lyrics were, but i ended up bawling my eyes out with him.
I'm glad you decided to end the reaction on a happier note with go UP for last. It's a really fun song and it just confirmed it to me that there's no type of music that JayB can't do. I like to tease him a lot, because he's my mom's one and only ult and I have to tease her too, but I'm just so proud of him and everything he puts his mind to and does.

Jay B said that he releases songs under Jay B which he thinks that many people would like (more mainstream music). The songs under Def is the music he likes and it's more for himself.

Rocking Chair is meant for comforting and healing people..like he is a rocking chair to his people and vice versa - his people is a rocking chair for him too.
For go UP, the kid is his young self and the elder is his projected cool future self that he wants to be :)

Okay so Yes, Go UP is very different from what Jayb usually delivers but we can assume that the Jayb side of Jaebeom is alot more upbeat meanwhile Def side is the more R&B and Soul.
We're not set on who thoes ppl are, some people have also said maybe it his younger and older self but so far we still have no idea, for now they are just background ppl in the MV.
So for the Album he has 2 songs which are Fully in English (Fountian of Youth & Holyday) and Many speculations that Foutian of Youth is about the Got7 members.
