Been there once thanks to a chef who was my brother in law. Not a Disney nerd, but pretty memorable for a once-in-a-lifetime visit. (I didn’t pay for my $111 meal) Conclusion: Bragging rights! Bunch of disney nerds being extravagant, what a scam!
If you liked this, then I highly, HIGHLY recommend going to the Black Boy Inn in Caernarfon, Wales. It’s a real castle town with phenomenal food! I know you’re a Disney person (I’m not, but love magic lol) so I know you’d love it!
Went there about 8 yrs ago with wife and her parents. Great location and food! The name appears to be a play on words, as in the courtyard there is a full sized black buoy from the harbor. Perhaps something was lost in translation from Welsh to English?
I most definitely had an amazing time and most definitely spent more then I should have 🤪 but worth every penny.. I was able to pick up a letterman jacket with the 33 in the back.. Definitely a memory to never forget 😊😊
Back in the 1990's they had Club 33 Silver memberships. I was one. Well sometime in the very early 2000's they got rid of it and the cost went WAY up. So, yea, $225.00 for lunch?! Yeaa......
Great video. We are a DISNEY FAMILY I'm a 48yr Autistic husband and father of 2 my wife has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer Club33 is on her #BUCKETLIST
Anyone can visit if you know a member or the company you are working for has a member. It's actually not that rare to see normal people inside all the time. The catch is u have to know a member. Its one thing to visit The Country Club, its another thing to actually be a Member. Cheers!
I am French and I can assure you that the meal served in this video is really nothing special, for the same price I can eat in a restaurant that serves much more refined cuisine, and if I wanted to eat the same thing that in this restaurant it would cost me between 60 and 70 dollars taxes included. The dishes are not particularly luxurious, neither is the setting and paying 40,000 dollars in entry fees + 10,000 dollars or more, each year in contributions to have the right to drink alcohol and not make the queue in front of the attractions, it's an incredible scam! For this price, the meal should be included, as well as all drinks, including alcohol, unlimited. Honestly, if what you saw made you dream, come to France one day, budget 200 dollars per person, and I can promise you that for this price you will eat in an infinitely more upscale restaurant and you will be served and received like Kings !
yes of course, when we know the standards of French starred restaurants which have similar prices, it is very easy to see to what extent everything that is presented is not worth the price paid! I'm French and haute cuisine is a bit like our world, and what I see there I can have in a restaurant for $70-80, but if you like glitter and window dressing it might make you dreaming, it makes me laugh...
Yes ! I can, because I have eaten in dozens of starred restaurants in my life and I know how to recognize beautiful dishes and haute cuisine when I see them, that's called practice, and the food in my country is an art of living, not just an experience.
@@zlowdive it’s not about not caring about spending it. It’s an exclusive club that you pay to get into and pay yearly. There are events, meet and greets, dinners, VIP tours, lots of things that are included. Yes it’s for the higher tax bracket but that doesn’t make it bad. Also people who can spend the money do care about money. They don’t just throw it around without a care in the world. However idk why your responding on this chain of messages though lol
What Americans are ready pay to pretend to be in an "organic grown" citiy like in Europe (or New Orleans) it beyond. Me go to Italy, get better food for much cheaper, have a real experience.
I’m not a Disney person nor would I want to spend my money like this but Disney is a dream place for some people who have loved the magic & lore around this place since they were little. It has nothing to do with it being a European city as it’s a collection of different real & imaginary places. If they wanted Europe these people are wealthy enough to go there directly themselves, but that’s not why they’re interested. I have different dreams of what my ideal places to experience in the world are vs what these Disney buffs want. I really love nature, backpacking, adventures in the outdoors, traveling to real destinations, getting to know people from different cultures around the world so this kind of experience was boring to me even as a kid when I got to go to Disney every year I told my parents I didn’t want to go anymore 😂. But I respect their hobby even if it’s ridiculously expensive & not worth it to me, but is to them bc it’s their life’s passion since they were kids.
40,000 plus 15,000 a year for food Dining . Na cap. I smell child predators annual fee. Everything is not what it seems if y’all believe paying $40,000 and you have to email to get approved no website or anything like. not even an explanation on the 40,000 .40,000 for great experience pulse 15,000 the food is one 100$ no that expensive dining come on people. And you can’t record sound like predators.
I know a member personally. I wouldn't be surprised if you were right, but in my friends case, it's literally just a bragging right, and an excuse to get drunk at disneyland
I’m hoping someone will help me make a reservation for me and my boyfriend for September 16th. It’s my birthday that day and I will be turning 33 that day. It would be a dream come true🥹🙏🏽
that was a very thorough video of Club 33 - no thank you for my cameo at the end
LOL sorry I’m not doing photos today, but what’s your name?

Aww I’m glad to hear that and happy birthday to you!

We have been once. It is an amazing experience. The food and wine pairing was worth the price and love the exclusive merchandise.
It’s worth 31,000 dollars? 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The meal looked absolutely delicious.
It definitely was! One of the best I’ve ever had 😍

I’ve eaten there, so has my entire family. The food is mid. They serve Evian. Not worth it.
