@bethanycarilus only when you have been selected and won, when filling the ds260 they will ask how many schools you have attended, so that is where you fill in the schools and what period you were in those schools. So if you went to two high schools and got two certificates, indicate that in your ds260
Not just anybody that you know, if you know somebody they have to submit documents to the embassy that show and proof that they can support you which includes tax returns
I think its better from a laptop because there are many pages to the ds260 and saving the changes is easy but you can still do it at the comfort of your phone

Green card does not ask anywhere about your certificate only the level of education
Jackie please explain that question if one did std 8 twice do send both certificates before the interview
