The above recipe is also one I am going to cook for my husband and daughter as we all love vegetable biryani, egg kurma and yummy Gobi 65. Now your Baking and Icing Skills are also totally amazing! I have gone through your Butter scotch icing cake recipe and sponge cake recipes. I just bought all of the tools for decorating my cake with icing (spatulas, turntable, piping nozzles and piping bags etc) It’s my husband’s Birthday tomorrow and I am going to try out your sponge cake 🍰 recipe with Butter scotch icing. But i have a suggestion/ improvement for you, please let me know your opinion. - you use steel karandi in non stick, better yo use wooden right? - you use big diameter hot plate for small pan (during egg masal frying of coconut Nd spices). Better to use your small hot plate so you can save a lot of heat/ less loss of energy.
