This woman obviously has a chip on her shoulder if mothers allegations are 99% true then why the need for fact finding or is she implying that a man is already guilty once a woman raises allegations. I'm a father that my ex has come into this country believing once she raises allegations of domestic violence she will be believed now all the paper work has come to surface all her conflicting evidence is clear from even the solcial services that said her case is closely related to leave to remain. So sorry to this channel cos not all women that say domestic violence is telling the truth

The need for fact finding is because DV occurs behind closed doors and goes unreported because of fear, so there is no proof until such proceedings occur.
