- It’s finally here! You guys have been asking for this video for a while, and thanks to the PR package I got with this cute hoop frame in it, I’m so happy to be able to bring this balloon hoop creation to life!
If you want to learn how to make a balloon hoop creation, this video is for you! I’ll show you a super simple method to make a beautiful, professional looking balloon garland on a round metal frame, aka a balloon hoop. And adding in a few simple details takes the garland to a whole new level!

Thank you. I am going to make my very first one Thursday night for my daughters birthday/graduation party Friday! Any tips for outside that I should keep in mind?
That wisteria would have been perfect at the top of the garland. Its cascading effect would have drawn the eye down into the piece as the other florals would have continued the journey.
Aghhhh I really toyed with it! I’m gonna have to use it soon, I agree it would’ve been a good touch!

Hi, I’ve been obsessed with your design videos and thank you teaching us so many tips and tricks! I was wondering though if you have a paid event do you typically come back and take them all down or is that on the customer to handle?
Thanks girl! I leave it to the client but if they want me to come do it I have a separate fee for the breakdown 🙂 (that’s for balloons - rental fees should cover retrieval of the rental).

That looks awesome. Are these balloons regular ones as they look so round. Or do u blow only until it looks round and not oval shape. ?
I’ve used your method for making clusters and had great results. I was wondering what you think of the clips that come in the balloon arch kits. Probably wouldn’t get the same look.
That's so awesome! If you find it easier to tie balloons individually, that's a nice alternative, but no, I don't think it looks the same at all. : )

Hey Molly! I would think so! Might need to get a little creative to attach it, fluff it out and give it some shape and volume, but it’ll absolutely work! Best of luck to you.

Hello, I had a quick question when you use flowers or greenery do you let the customer keep it after?
Good question!!! Depends on how I price it. If they're going to keep it, I factor that into the price. If I will be doing the breakdown (I charge extra to come back for the breakdown) then I can take it back and charge less for the floral upgrades. Hope that helps!

how does the stand hold up outdoors?
You know I haven’t tested it out there yet. I would be worried about the wind, so I might use extra weights to hold it down to be safe.

Hey Erica! I don't currently have a round backdrop to do a demonstration with, but I would likely use the heavy duty clamps I use on my backdrop stand to give me somewhere to secure the balloons to. Hope that helps!

Do you have a video on how you attach your clusters on string, 260’s?
How soon can you blow up the balloons? Say the party starts at 1pm, can I do at 7am?
I always recommend testing it out ahead of time with a few balloons you got to be sure but the morning of has never once been a problem for me!

Hey Misty! It's so hard to say because I've honestly had batches that were more one or the other. In general I'd say it's a super light neutrally pink (lol, so helpful, I know), but I have had batches that weren't very pink...

Hey Dieanna, I have a video testing this, but the short answer is it depends on which balloons you're using + the environment. Sometimes hours, sometimes months, most often, days. 💖

What is a 260 or 160?
Hi Dieanna! Those are the long thin stretchy balloons, they are either 1 or 2 inches wide and 60 inches long when inflated, hence 160 or 260. Great for tying and assembling!
