I have auditory processing disorder/ adhd . I just want to inform anyone who doesn’t know it that we can hear but we can’t 😭 it’s like what you’ve distinguished as different sounds are processed so similar in our minds that we couldn’t fathom that there could be anything else creating the sound. (I also feel like im sensitive to loud sounds or tone deaf at times) It’s the same with words and sentences, words merge into each other and I tend to not know what was even said especially if there a two of the same words in the sentence. I personally work better with written instructions to I can follow along.
I love these kinds of asmr videos where you guide us with your beautiful voice through some auditory tests. Too bad the audio is mono. I'd die for a video like this with stereo or even binaural audio. 🥰

I sleep so terribly as a dysautonomia/POTS patient and sleep disorder patient that if I won the lottery, I'd probably pay some lady like this to sit and whisper for hours during the day while I slept. lol I sleep better during the day than at night, for whatever reason we haven't been able to pinpoint yet. Been pending Disability since late 2021 and haven't been able to work a job (former warehouse team lead of my department) since early 2021. Eliza's lovely accent makes it more relaxing than most.
ive always felt that the intense need for society to dictate when we should be allowed to sleep is silly. i hope you will sleep more soundly and steadily someday!
@@Hunlover123601 I do hope it's not something like Narcolepsy. Lab sleep studies were in conflict. One said mild sleep apnea (obstructive) and no central apneas with 50 awakenings of the brain in just under 3 hours of sleep for the night. Two years later, another said 29 central apneas in just 89 minutes of sleep for the night. BiPap was claimed to have fully treated it and brought everything down to 0. The numbers looked good, but I felt even worse while using it. Then there's the other medical stuff going on that we're not sure about. So my ASMR perception is like 10x what people with ASMR normally get from videos.
