Schöne Raumaufteilung. Statt der Wand zwischen Toilette und Waschbecken bevorzuge ich ein Bidet und diesen Raum mitsamt Waschmaschine dann mit einer Tür abgetrennt. Ein Sofa bräuchte ich auch nicht unbedingt, lieber eine rustikale Essecke und statt dem Tisch in der Küche lieber eine Arbeitsfläche, dann kann ich mich beim Backen austoben 😊😊

Bump out the living room area more into the porch area. The extra climate controlled living space is nice and you still have a porch area. There is a “private” deck off bedroom which is outdoor living space. Bathtub/shower and stackable washer/dryer. For a single person, this house could then be more efficient.
