Hello, may I know how many years would it took for a silver button tree to look like that in the first clip?
Mine took 7 years. The reason is one of the branch was broken during the typhoon.
If my silver Buttonwood with three trunk from the ground, how can I make it stand with one trunk , is it ok if i cut two & keep the middle one?
I think you have to trim regularly to make sure that the branch will not be broken esp. During typhoon.
My answer is yes, just avoid hard pruning more than 1/3.
