General functions of PROTEC ADR line
The PROTEC ADR 32 sheets counting machines are designed to count sheets of paper, cardboard and plastic up to 300/500/800 GSM depending on the model. The ream aligned by the operator under the counting head is counted on the corner without shifting the sheets. The counting is done sucking the sheets one by one without curling not scratching them. It is possible to activate the pack splitting system to divide the pack with tab insertion.
"PROTEC ADR 32" line sheets counting machines are equipped with the original ADR 32 counting technology.
"PROTEC ADR 32" is able to count paper, cardboard and plastics from about 40GSM to 800 GSM depending on the single model, achieving a fast speed of 3.000 sheets per minute without curling nor scratches on the sheets.
The same speed is practically achieved even during tab insertion. Easy settings with quick replacements of counting plates. There is an high margin of tolerance to curled sheets thanks to the newly introduced "Stabilizer" system.

Descripción General
La contadora de hojas de papel "PROTEC ADR 32" está diseñada para contar hojas de papel, cartón y plástico de hasta 300/500/800 GSM según el modelo.
La resma, alineada por el operadaor bajo la cabeza de cálculo, se cuenta en la esquina sin mover las hojas.
El cálculo se cumple físicamente deshojando las hojas una tras otra sin deformarlas ni rascarlas.
Es posible subdividir el paquete contado en bloques de cantidad fija o variable, por medio de testigos de separación.
La línea "PROTEC ADR 32" está equipada con la cabeza de conteo ADR 32.
Gracias a esta nueva tecnología con doble paleta aspirante, la línea de contadoras de papel "PROTEC ADR 32" puede contar papel, cartón y plástico de 40 a 500/800 GSM, alcanzando la velocidad de 3.000 hojas/min sin rascar ni deformar la esquina.
La máquina logra alcanzar casi la misma velocidad aún cuando la función de subdivisión de la resma.
