How is driving welded diff as a daily driver? Or is this your drift car?

It's not my daily driver, but It's not that hard, you can feel it only in slow speed and sharp turns, then it's little bit more difficult to drive but nothing bad.

Is e46 320d 2.0d 100kw with welded diff and hydro is this good? And why people say diesel is bad for drifting

if the diff is welded and hydro already installed, then I would say it's a good buy.
I personally wanted a petrol car for drifting, don't know the exactly why but just thought it's better. Also like the sound of it more

2002 BMW E46 (Facelift) with 125kw (M54B22) 170hp engine. It currently has over 385000km (239k miles) on the clock.
When I was buying it didn't really care much about the mileage, most important was the overall technical condition
