This looks gorgeous, orange is such a perfect colour for those flowers. Gouache used to be my favourite medium when I did A level art back in the 80s bit I've not really used it since then. You've reminded me why I loved it so much and that's making me want to pick it up again :)
Absolutely beautiful kirsty .. I’m still learning things can I ask what the difference is between gouache and acrylics please as I’m not familiar with gouache.. sorry to sound a bit thick , but I’ve used acrylics a little when doing nail art 🖼️ I’m trying to learn more about different things for art as I can’t do nails no more due to fibromyalgia as I can’t sit for hours doing nails no more so I still want to do art for myself with colouring on my good days .. sorry for long rant 😢..amazing work Kirsty love your Chanel tysmfs 🥰
Thankyou 💓 gouache is like a cross between watercolour and acrylic paint, it can be very versatile as you can thin it right down into a watercolour consistency or use it in a thicker creamier consistency which allows you more control 💓

Aww fab! I so wished I’d have gone further than g.c.s.e level with my art, my 16 year old self didn’t have a clue what she wanted to do in life 😂😂

That colour is vibrant. Is that down to Windsor Cotton brand or the gouache name.
