  • Video tutorial series teaching programming using Scratch. This is a full video series focusing on how to program, and the core skills needed in programming, including the main programming tools and keywords.
This video series is part of the "Introduction to programming with Scratch" course on computerscience.click, where students can register free, follow through a video series, answering quizzes along the way to test their knowledge and understanding, and receive a personalised certificate at the end.
Students can also earn XP by completing lessons, courses and quizzes, increasing their rank, with competitions against other students.

I think your video tutorials on Scratch Lesson 1-16 are excellent. I use them for teaching my students. I would suggest that you add more of these tutorials to cover more complex issues in Scratch such as: Functions, Events and Broadcasting, Sensing, Multi-Dimensional Arrays, Multi-Exit Loop.

@thetechtrain can you help us register for the courses, I can't see the registration button or link. If I click on the course it just stuck on the same page.

Ok thank you , what about the quizzes?

Ah, I think that maybe when I created these videos four years ago I may have mentioned my other website, computerscience.click, which (at the time) did include quizzes. Unfortunately that site has been restructured, and at the moment the quizzes aren't available. I'm so sorry. It's on my list to review, but at thr moment I'm very busy preparing to relaunch this TH-cam channel with a whole range of new courses and tutorials. Please do let me know if I can help at all.

@@TheTechTrain thank you for the reply, it means a lot. Just wanted to start with the introduction to scratch. It would be awesome if I could get the quizzes by email that is if you still have them.

They were online based quizzes, and I'm not even sure if they exist still to be honest. I'll take a look and see if there's anything I can do, but I believe they were part of a learning platform that's no longer connected. I'll let you know. Are you a teacher, looking for the quizzes for your students?
