155: "Truth, Trauma, and Traditions" Featuring Dr. Tiffany Llewellyn

  • This week's episode of the Be More Today Show features licensed clinical social worker, speaker, consultant and educator Dr. Tiffany Llewellyn. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Medgar Evers College, Master of Social Work at Hunter College, and Doctor of Social Work degree at the University of Southern California with a research focus on the impact of systemic oppression on Black mental health.
    Dr. Llewellyn has extensive experience within mental healthcare and is passionate about mental health through the lens of race, oppression and power. Her experience includes creating structural change through social justice work, working with clients to increase wellness and decrease racial trauma, and activating students for social justice engagement.
