- Hi guys!
Been doing a lot to cope with grief -- been reading a lot, going out with friends, and doing things outside of work (or keeping myself busy with work) -- grief is a very complex thing and I'm just navigating my life around it
But I've been better also, and I guess I'm starting to feel like myself slowly :) I know it sounds so dramatic but i'm just openly sharing my experience with dealing with loss -- because it's okay to feel and your emotions are valid
