Sadly it does, but in The Crew 1 you can get the exact plates the AI has, on that it is much easier.

It's impossible to play city camouflage in the crew 2 because if you're a seeker its really easy to find people because all you need to do is just look at every single cars number plate till you find a number plate that says ”The Crew 2” which means that you found a player not the AI because AI cars have normal number plates

A hide and seek mode for each car class would be cool, best cars for hide and seek is the Charger SRT8, Camaro SS, Ford Focus RS 2016, Silverado and Jeep Cherokee SRT8 are best as they blend in with the traffic
Yale should use cars your more likely to see on the street for the next one, it makes it more challenging
I can say at least where I live in the south that part of America is nothing like how the game portrays it but still an amazing game
