    Love the humility of keeping the bad knee wobble in the video vs editing it out. Appreciate the continued knowledge-sharing!

    Mark ran into a bit of rough spot, solved the problem, kept it moving and included it in this demo. That's honesty and integrity on full display. Well done.

    thank you for sharing with us the consequences of your personal injury, and that it is alright. The guidance of constant reevaluation, improvement, and focus on the basics is a life goal.

    This exercise is really great for anybody who does Tae Kwon Do because it trains stability of the base leg whose foot points away from the direction of the kick. You will also feel it in the small muscles of the hips that are essential for holding out a leg in the kicking position.

    Great video. Even without bad knee, one leg wobbles much more than the other.

    Ah! Finally!
    Thanks, MW!!! Interesting approach, though; I'd have thought it'd be more logical & natural to start with the B-stance RDL...?

    you have 1130 videos on your channel. people only need like 5 to get in very good shape. do you invent all these exercises ?

    • @stardresser1
      @stardresser1 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Kettlebells and the combinations are infinite, don't you know that? And Mark is a Master guide through it all. Silly rabbit.

    • @felixh7132

      @@stardresser1 First of all master marky has financial interest. It seems like he knows alot about the stuff he talks about tho. People don't need more than 5 exercises to get in excellent shape. No need to overcomplicate working out. Not that I didn't implement like 3 or 4 exercises he demonstrates his videos. You get the idea.

    • @MarkWildman
      @MarkWildman  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      People don’t need more than five exercises to get in good shape, but life is incredibly incredibly long and you should fill it with as many complex things as possible because that is what the human brain demand.
      Ballet has five positions in an infinite number of variables..
      xing yi has five basic movements, and an infinite number of variables.
      Boxing has 4 to 6, depending on who you ask basic movements and an infinite number of variables
      A horse only has four gates (unless it’s Icelandic or a Tennessee walk) and horseback riding is an infinite path of study
      There are six positions in many forms of sword fighting, and an infinite number of Sword arts
      The transmission of information is in the basics, and then in how those basics are combined in order to create styles, and those styles are determined for specific outcomes
      I will continue to talk about the complexity forever not because it’s in my economic interest I could make way way way way way more money doing something else but helping people by creating new content daily is my main mission statement
      If you don’t like it, feel free to not watch it
      If you don’t think helping people every day is important, then feel to not watch it

    • @stephengreenwood8129
      @stephengreenwood8129 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@MarkWildman well said. I’ve found that in life you’re not required to have an opinion on everything. As you stated, you’re not obligated to watch the content, move on peacefully and spend 7 or 8 decades of your life doing 5 exercises.

    • @stephengreenwood8129
      @stephengreenwood8129 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@felixh7132of course he does, we all do, because good will does not pay for a roof over your head or food on the table. The content is at least two fold, it advertises his courses and provides free tuition to benefit of health, whiskey maintaining variety through a long life.
      We all recognise the financial interest, we accept it in good faith for what it is. Have a long healthy life Felix.

      @@MarkWildmanrebuilt leg?
      Nonsense your perfect!
      Your in better shape than majority of gen Z, and that bad knee is making light work of a massive kettlebell.
      The only thing that could maybe disqualify you is a written exam to test your knowledge on gender fluidity.
      To see if you can name all 100 genders, critical on the battlefield.
