dahil daw kasi Batelec ang Tanauan at laging nawawalan ng kuryente. tapos ang Sto.Tomas ay Meralco kaya mas pinipili nila mag tayo ng establishments sa Sto.Tomas. Isa pa, mas strategic ang location ng Sto.Tomas gateway kasi papunta ng Laguna at Bicol region..etc.
