Love this stuff...I've been using the Sonny stuff for tears...Shaugnessy had me doing all the Adler exercises and Chapin had me doing the Moller stuff....I teach it to my students..Tommy...I put an old 13'' drumhead under my pad so you don't hit the snare drum brackets.
yup! I thought the same. The exercise is al old Santa Clara Vanguard exercise from when Colin marched there. There’s a great Cadets video of them playing it.
