Jump, Physical und Heading) im hohen 90er Bereich ist aber dafür dann halt 4 Punkte overall rating weniger hat

You just need to practice with good players more and more. I haven't spent a penny on coins and built a team that can beat anyone having any number of big time cards. Efootball isn't tactical. You're only required to clear the offensive balls and score whenever an opportunity arrives. Have ultra fast players in your frontline with above average finishing. Midfielders don't play a role because they're mostly defending the counter attacks so, keep Maradona at AMF. Try 5-1-4 formation. Use Neymar, Mbappe, Rodrygo/Vini and Saka/Salah/Dembele as attackers. For defence, use 2 build-up CBs, 1 destroyer CB, Costacurta at LB and Hakimi at RB, and see the difference.

I'm just sad because this game will never be truly competitive as it will never be the same for everyone, like some other competitive games such as Valorant, CS2, Dota2 etc..Skills and game sense are of course important just like in any other multiplayer competitive video game, but in Efootball, end-game players like, Cech, Puyol, Vieira, Romario etc.. will always give you the edge.

This is an absolutely PAY TO WIN game, I started playing 4 months ago and when the game gave me players from divisions 3, 2, 1 while I myself was in 7, I couldn’t win or play on an equal footing, but in 4 months I lost several free players for penalties, I got a beckembauer and got a couple more players for events, I didn’t spend a dollar... already now I’m playing on equal terms with division 1 and even winning against them, although I didn’t try to rise above division 4, but before the update I, out of 6, after the training camp, qualified for 5, playing only against the 3rd division and beat them like children, I didn’t even feel... By the way, after the update, we can no longer find out which opponent from the division we played against, because Kanami is trying to hide the fact of imbalance in the game where we are given absolutely unequal opponents in divisions and in order not to receive complaints, they added icons and removed the current and maximum division! tbh I have a 2nd acc which is f2p and its always in div 2 as my main, cause I never have time to grind for Div. 1. The difference to archieve the league is blood swet and tears with the f2pacc.I reached Div. 3 after some hours. It's way more chilled with my starplayers but free2play is possible, if you concentrate and tryhard ;D

ONLY when u informated by being quick to check out any news about new packs and and I'm sure, everybody of all of us here will know it, before the packs will leave the contract area and that players which are really good to get are the 'key players' and bros..I swear, the new epic booster Beckham is the goat of the highest goat, you know, he's crossing specialist after crossing edge booster and every cross pass will btw for 99% come to the player u crossed.. Another example, epic booster Viera is another very good example. I never will thinking about letting him out, he's DMF position like he is and he saved more as I can put it in words now.. I saw evey time in div 1 top 20 that 15 of the div 1 top 20 got 2-3 other key players. That's rv epic thuram, makelele, guillit and rijkaard for sure, too. So after spending time to write that all, in one sentence, u need to be informated, not just by yt, better a fifty fifty way, so, yt and check out the top 10 or top 20 often! You will see any players like them I told here, and after a little bit time. You will know when u should get a booster player in p2w. When Rummenigge would get be back in a p2w epic booster pack, then I will pay till I got them because, it's not just a key player, it's a for sure (like new Beckham) a born game changer.

Finally someone that understands that… when Pay to win Experience truly raises is when you face a similar level opponent with full Pay to win Team (and you have a free team). Others argue that you can rank similarly with a free to play team. Yes, you can still Rank high with a free team, but after top 1000.. things start to get very frustrating with a free team because opponents have also high level and a full pay to win team feels like you opponent is on steroids (physicality, awareness, kicking power and finishing are notoriously stronger with Pay to win Players). In conclusion, yes, mednasah could rank top 100 if he wants with a free to play team… because he will face enough lower skilled opponents to still rank high, but it is against equally skilled opponents with fully paid teams where the Pay to win unbalanced experience, comes out. That's why for me as an F2P player, rank is no longer important, I'm not a TH-camr or Pro player so why waste money? I play just because I like competitive games, for now as long as I can reach Division 1 that's enough for me 😁

How true. 50 dollars for a player? No way. The problem is not that we have to pay for a good team, there is no problem with spending money on a game we like. But at a fair price, and without casino games in between. I love it when they put out packs, because I know what I'm paying for at a reasonable price. The 150 player boxes is pure konami greed.

I always thought this was the case. I play with a team of all free player and I can get to devision 3 with out a problem. But as soon as I get to division 3 I can't compete
I'm f2p, with some luck to get blitz son n xavi simons with only free pass. But my highest score is just 1796. Just 4 poin away from div 1. I couldn't reach div 1 even once in 2024 😂
The problem is that the gap between 'epic' players and the rest has grown. So there are lots of people playing efootball now who spend money every week to get the likes of Shevchenko, Viera, Gullit etc. If you are free-to-play then you'll always struggle when it comes to the big games against division 1-3 players. I manage to beat high rated Div 1 players sometimes, but it's more likely to be in an event when they can't play all their epics. BTW - regarding Modric, I find him difficult to use too. He's too slow and weak to play in a central 2, and he's not dangerous enough to play as AMF.
I am more of a mobile player, but the fact still stands as it’s basically the same game. I played pes/ efootball for almost 5years now and have been ranked in the top 20 nationally many time and all I can say is: your players are like your gun in a shooting game, you can’t win a battle just with a pistol (unless you’re that guy;) The number of games I won(or lost) just because I had better(or worse) players than my opponent is just sad. Sometimes the script is with you and you feel like a champ then the next game you can’t complete a single shot….

I just found your video and you really answered what was worrying me when playing efootball. 99% of the time I lose to opposing teams who spend thousands of coins to build their team. when there was gullit, MSN, viera with 2 booster. I'm sure I'll lose. My passing was messed up and scoring a goal was almost impossible.

2 months ago, I played divison and got to division 2, I trashed some amazing meta teams by 3 4 goal difference, I needed 1 win to reach 1st divison by points and from there it got ugly. Every time i played, I got meta opponents and even when I'm on point they shoot from 35 meters out and score. Every clear chance I get either it hits a woodwork or suddenly Dida makes a save that is just far from reality. Its really annoying that you read every move he is going to make but still somehow your player doesnt intercepts it. And what is even more annoying when you cant win any headers with yours CB againts fucking Messi or Maradona which is faaaar from reality. I used to love this game, now everytime I think about playing I just get sick. Hope CR7 again gives people a chance to enjoy a football game, but sadly it is just a matter of time when it becomes p2w too, when they build theirs market.
Sample size is a bit small, but I kinda agree. Would be a good idea to do a new vid with a bigger sample size, I think that in the second match you already got used to play against him, so the p2w team + knowledge were very impactful!

They should bring back being able to play with one to five star teams, it's almost pointless trying to compete against teams full of ptw players when you're playing with a free team.
Yes it is pay to win. However, I think in my case, I've grinded so much that I have personalized my team to my liking and have a high strength. I think you could have won against him with a strong F2P team. In my experience I usually win in a close difference like 3-1, 2-1, 1-0 and so on. Maybe with a pro like, you can win with a 2 goal difference or more. Maybe you can get the same results with your main squad.
bro, The player's condition also matters. all epic/legend players have the default form B. i think you can try playing with players who have the live update form A and you will see the difference.

I’ve gotten beat by many players with semi free squads & all they’re all very good players. They know all the game mechanics etc. you can win with a free team but it will just be harder.
You’re absolutely right with issues with 50/50 loose balls, if you have lot more higher rated premiums players, the interceptions and looses balls will always fall or go towards the player with a better team strength, it is pay to win, but you don’t have to buy every player, just the essential ones like Rijkaard, Viera & Gulliet even the Premium Messi cards are good, the free ones are terrible.

from the launche of efootball 22 1.0.0 i was able to be 96 rated with 100 % win rate after the big time & epics & boosters came i could'nt pass 1000 rated at least in pes i was pay to win but we had filters if i got dominated with stronger teams i can play 2 * 3* 4* of my choosing

I think once they started putting special abilities behind a paywall it became very P2W although I’ve beat guys with very stacked teams on only my account where I haven’t spent money. Certain players I will say are very OP like Gullit for example
You're skillful but even that skill means nothing when the team is not good enough. I lose against noobs just because they overpaid their teams and I have only free players. The difference in speed and strength is just immense.
The opponent's players are always like 2X faster than mine. They press me like crazy the whole match, there is so many holes in their defense, but my players are way too slow to make a good counter attack. My attacker will be alone running towards the goal, but then his defender catches up to me from 10M away, and then tackles me hard from behind without making a foul.
Great Video, this settles it, according to my observation if youre both good and you both have strong teams it comes down to the better player but when one has a weak f2p team even if they are good you can feel the struggle even against a mid opponent.
1. An 104 card is of course better than a 96 card by definition. What else would people expect? 2. I'm only in Div3 with f2p but I can still occasionally (but not often) beat full epics team. Skills do matter. 3. One needs to practice with f2p cards to learn how to win with them. If Mednash seriously practice with his f2p team I'm sure he can still beat the guy.
Interesting take, and respected effort ,but I don't agree with the term "P2W" reducing it to being so simple. There are too many other factors involved. The biggest one is how used you are to the "P2W" team, being your main one. Also, different card levels require different style of play to be more effective against OP cards on that first match. Do these cards help, of course, the gap can be much smaller though if the weaker team play their cards right.

@mednasah I know what you mean, but my gripe with the term is some people throwing it out there like it's a magic pill cure. Some say the ball just goes to the P2W players. They make it out to be overrated because if they had used these players, they would know that it takes a lot of skill to use them right and that they don't just magically make things happen. Ball can go through Viera's legs and he can miss some 'easy' interceptions if not controlled properly. P2W in the community has become more of an excuse for a lot of people to not analyze their mistakes critically and attribute it to opponent having better cards is all I'm saying.
This is the most frustrating fact about Efootball right now. It doesn't matter how good you are as a player. In such cases, the game won't let you win. I've been playing Winning Eleven / PES / Efootball for 25 years. I'm totally ok with people purchasing cards and having legendary players in their squads with higher stats and more skills. That's not an issue. The problem is, is not just that. In order to give P2W players a significant advantage, Konami actually dynamically nerfs your team enormously and hinders your gameplay. You cannot win the ball with tackles; the ball goes past most of your players; your interceptions always come with loose control, and the opponent ends up regaining possession; your players don't go for runs; players usually position very badly in the pitch to facilitate your opponent's interceptions, Konami imposes a delay on your inputs, so your passes and shots are always late. On the contrary, your opponent's games feel super smooth; he gets all the interceptions on point, passes are homing missiles, and they can dribble any player because they can't get tackled by a F2P defender.

It’s more like pay to get advantage. You still need to know how to use this advantage. What I don’t like is the fact that in many situations attributes don’t matter. My FTP Costacurta or Beckenbauer with defence awareness of over 95 will not move or respond as paid players with similar attributes. With this Konami totally destroyed meaning of attributes. For me it is ok to give advantage for money, after all this is business. But how they do it borders on cheating. You get free team with overall of 3100, but it never performs on that level. It would be more fair to give overpowered players only for money and stop making this fake picture of giving free players with great stats to attract more people to play, but in reality these players never perform in accordance with their stats and attributes

@christian3643 as a div1 p2w player I never tell it! I use to tell that, if you spend 300 euro in a year (and be very very unlucky and empty 3 packet) you can have a very very good team. Example? Pack with `Romario e Neymar, pack with Vieira and Gilberto Silva, pack with Maldini and Bergomi. To compete at top level you need to pay unfortunately but I think you can still have fun playing for free and not rank in high division. Usually when I rank above 3000 this is when weird stuff are happening. 😀

Well, if you’re spending money on an otherwise f2p game, you should have some advantage over other players. It’s like a club signing the best players in order to win everything. But it’s not a certainty.

With two players with similar skill level in the game, it actually becomes very pay to win, but if you were to meet a player who's much worse than you at playing the game, you could still win as he would probably just chase the ball leaving gaps in defence. Like, to be honest my team IS ACTUALLY filled with 100+ players, I haven't spent a single penny but I have been very lucky with spins I'll admit that, i got Kante from the AFC champs pack with a SINGLE spin, same thing with Big time Matthaus years ago, I got 2015 booster messi with just 2k coins that I saved up throughout the months...you get the idea of my team...nontheless, I won against guys with full epic team 5 or 7 to nill and I lost to guys with much worse team than mine getting absolutely surcalssed in everything. I played it on ps5. To be clear, i am not that good at this game since last one i played was PES 2006. Played only against AI at superstar level in my League. Won second division and played first league...but when game decides that you need to lose, there is nothing you can do, opponent defender rating 76 easily stops attacker rating 98...opponent attackers rating 74 scores against you easily...you can't touch the ball ai playing like Barcelona at prime but they are 2nd division team...uninstalled game 😅
The thing is u can have good players while beinh free to play but the updates new ones are so bad nomination current one is trash and the updates consistent more of paying players like big packs, 150 draws and stuff before point store was good now meh

You just need to practice with good players more and more. I haven't spent a penny on coins and built a team that can beat anyone having any number of big time cards. Efootball isn't tactical. You're only required to clear the offensive balls and score whenever an opportunity arrives. Have ultra fast players in your frontline with above average finishing. Midfielders don't play a role because they're mostly defending the counter attacks so, keep Maradona at AMF. Try 5-1-4 formation. Use Neymar, Mbappe, Rodrygo/Vini and Saka/Salah/Dembele as attackers. For defence, use 2 build-up CBs, 1 destroyer CB, Costacurta at LB and Hakimi at RB, and see the difference.

I'm just sad because this game will never be truly competitive as it will never be the same for everyone, like some other competitive games such as Valorant, CS2, Dota2 etc..Skills and game sense are of course important just like in any other multiplayer competitive video game, but in Efootball, end-game players like, Cech, Puyol, Vieira, Romario etc.. will always give you the edge.

This is an absolutely PAY TO WIN game, I started playing 4 months ago and when the game gave me players from divisions 3, 2, 1 while I myself was in 7, I couldn’t win or play on an equal footing, but in 4 months I lost several free players for penalties, I got a beckembauer and got a couple more players for events, I didn’t spend a dollar... already now I’m playing on equal terms with division 1 and even winning against them, although I didn’t try to rise above division 4, but before the update I, out of 6, after the training camp, qualified for 5, playing only against the 3rd division and beat them like children, I didn’t even feel...
By the way, after the update, we can no longer find out which opponent from the division we played against, because Kanami is trying to hide the fact of imbalance in the game where we are given absolutely unequal opponents in divisions and in order not to receive complaints, they added icons and removed the current and maximum division! The difference to archieve the league is blood swet and tears with the f2pacc.I reached Div. 3 after some hours. ONLY when u informated by being quick to check out any news about new packs and and I'm sure, everybody of all of us here will know it, before the packs will leave the contract area and that players which are really good to get are the 'key players' and bros..I swear, the new epic booster Beckham is the goat of the highest goat, you know, he's crossing specialist after crossing edge booster and every cross pass will btw for 99% come to the player u crossed.. Another example, epic booster Viera is another very good example. I never will thinking about letting him out, he's DMF position like he is and he saved more as I can put it in words now.. I saw evey time in div 1 top 20 that 15 of the div 1 top 20 got 2-3 other key players. That's rv epic thuram, makelele, guillit and rijkaard for sure, too.
So after spending time to write that all, in one sentence, u need to be informated, not just by yt, better a fifty fifty way, so, yt and check out the top 10 or top 20 often! You will see any players like them I told here, and after a little bit time. You will know when u should get a booster player in p2w. When Rummenigge would get be back in a p2w epic booster pack, then I will pay till I got them because, it's not just a key player, it's a for sure (like new Beckham) a born game changer.

Others argue that you can rank similarly with a free to play team. Yes, you can still Rank high with a free team, but after top 1000.. things start to get very frustrating with a free team because opponents have also high level and a full pay to win team feels like you opponent is on steroids (physicality, awareness, kicking power and finishing are notoriously stronger with Pay to win Players).
In conclusion, yes, mednasah could rank top 100 if he wants with a free to play team… because he will face enough lower skilled opponents to still rank high, but it is against equally skilled opponents with fully paid teams where the Pay to win unbalanced experience, comes out.

The problem is that the gap between 'epic' players and the rest has grown. So there are lots of people playing efootball now who spend money every week to get the likes of Shevchenko, Viera, Gullit etc. If you are free-to-play then you'll always struggle when it comes to the big games against division 1-3 players.
I manage to beat high rated Div 1 players sometimes, but it's more likely to be in an event when they can't play all their epics.
BTW - regarding Modric, I find him difficult to use too. He's too slow and weak to play in a central 2, and he's not dangerous enough to play as AMF.

I am more of a mobile player, but the fact still stands as it’s basically the same game. I played pes/ efootball for almost 5years now and have been ranked in the top 20 nationally many time and all I can say is: your players are like your gun in a shooting game, you can’t win a battle just with a pistol (unless you’re that guy;) The number of games I won(or lost) just because I had better(or worse) players than my opponent is just sad. Sometimes the script is with you and you feel like a champ then the next game you can’t complete a single shot….
I m also a mobile player but you can win against a 3180 squad with a team with great team work not great team strength

I just found your video and you really answered what was worrying me when playing efootball. 99% of the time I lose to opposing teams who spend thousands of coins to build their team. when there was gullit, MSN, viera with 2 booster. I'm sure I'll lose. My passing was messed up and scoring a goal was almost impossible.

2 months ago, I played divison and got to division 2, I trashed some amazing meta teams by 3 4 goal difference, I needed 1 win to reach 1st divison by points and from there it got ugly. Every time i played, I got meta opponents and even when I'm on point they shoot from 35 meters out and score. Every clear chance I get either it hits a woodwork or suddenly Dida makes a save that is just far from reality. Its really annoying that you read every move he is going to make but still somehow your player doesnt intercepts it. And what is even more annoying when you cant win any headers with yours CB againts fucking Messi or Maradona which is faaaar from reality. I used to love this game, now everytime I think about playing I just get sick. Hope CR7 again gives people a chance to enjoy a football game, but sadly it is just a matter of time when it becomes p2w too, when they build theirs market.

Yes it is pay to win. However, I think in my case, I've grinded so much that I have personalized my team to my liking and have a high strength. I think you could have won against him with a strong F2P team.
In my experience I usually win in a close difference like 3-1, 2-1, 1-0 and so on. Maybe with a pro like, you can win with a 2 goal difference or more. Maybe you can get the same results with your main squad.
The passing from bought teams is absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the 40 yard clearance headers into a perfect through ball on goal

bro, The player's condition also matters. all epic/legend players have the default form B. i think you can try playing with players who have the live update form A and you will see the difference.

You’re absolutely right with issues with 50/50 loose balls, if you have lot more higher rated premiums players, the interceptions and looses balls will always fall or go towards the player with a better team strength, it is pay to win, but you don’t have to buy every player, just the essential ones like Rijkaard, Viera & Gulliet even the Premium Messi cards are good, the free ones are terrible.

You're skillful but even that skill means nothing when the team is not good enough. I lose against noobs just because they overpaid their teams and I have only free players. The difference in speed and strength is just immense.

The opponent's players are always like 2X faster than mine. They press me like crazy the whole match, there is so many holes in their defense, but my players are way too slow to make a good counter attack. My attacker will be alone running towards the goal, but then his defender catches up to me from 10M away, and then tackles me hard from behind without making a foul.

Great Video, this settles it, according to my observation if youre both good and you both have strong teams it comes down to the better player but when one has a weak f2p team even if they are good you can feel the struggle even against a mid opponent.

2. I'm only in Div3 with f2p but I can still occasionally (but not often) beat full epics team. Skills do matter.

Interesting take, and respected effort ,but I don't agree with the term "P2W" reducing it to being so simple. There are too many other factors involved. The biggest one is how used you are to the "P2W" team, being your main one. Also, different card levels require different style of play to be more effective against OP cards on that first match. Do these cards help, of course, the gap can be much smaller though if the weaker team play their cards right.

@mednasah I know what you mean, but my gripe with the term is some people throwing it out there like it's a magic pill cure. Some say the ball just goes to the P2W players. They make it out to be overrated because if they had used these players, they would know that it takes a lot of skill to use them right and that they don't just magically make things happen. Ball can go through Viera's legs and he can miss some 'easy' interceptions if not controlled properly. P2W in the community has become more of an excuse for a lot of people to not analyze their mistakes critically and attribute it to opponent having better cards is all I'm saying.

This is the most frustrating fact about Efootball right now. It doesn't matter how good you are as a player. In such cases, the game won't let you win. I've been playing Winning Eleven / PES / Efootball for 25 years. I'm totally ok with people purchasing cards and having legendary players in their squads with higher stats and more skills. That's not an issue.
The problem is, is not just that. In order to give P2W players a significant advantage, Konami actually dynamically nerfs your team enormously and hinders your gameplay. You cannot win the ball with tackles; the ball goes past most of your players; your interceptions always come with loose control, and the opponent ends up regaining possession; your players don't go for runs; players usually position very badly in the pitch to facilitate your opponent's interceptions, Konami imposes a delay on your inputs, so your passes and shots are always late.
On the contrary, your opponent's games feel super smooth; he gets all the interceptions on point, passes are homing missiles, and they can dribble any player because they can't get tackled by a F2P defender.

It’s more like pay to get advantage. You still need to know how to use this advantage. What I don’t like is the fact that in many situations attributes don’t matter. My FTP Costacurta or Beckenbauer with defence awareness of over 95 will not move or respond as paid players with similar attributes. With this Konami totally destroyed meaning of attributes. For me it is ok to give advantage for money, after all this is business. But how they do it borders on cheating. You get free team with overall of 3100, but it never performs on that level. It would be more fair to give overpowered players only for money and stop making this fake picture of giving free players with great stats to attract more people to play, but in reality these players never perform in accordance with their stats and attributes
It doesn't change the fact with changing the term. At the end stronger players are giving you advantage which you can only obtain via money.

@christian3643 as a div1 p2w player I never tell it! I use to tell that, if you spend 300 euro in a year (and be very very unlucky and empty 3 packet) you can have a very very good team. Example? Pack with `Romario e Neymar, pack with Vieira and Gilberto Silva, pack with Maldini and Bergomi. To compete at top level you need to pay unfortunately but I think you can still have fun playing for free and not rank in high division. Usually when I rank above 3000 this is when weird stuff are happening. 😀

Well, if you’re spending money on an otherwise f2p game, you should have some advantage over other players. It’s like a club signing the best players in order to win everything. But it’s not a certainty.

With two players with similar skill level in the game, it actually becomes very pay to win, but if you were to meet a player who's much worse than you at playing the game, you could still win as he would probably just chase the ball leaving gaps in defence. Like, to be honest my team IS ACTUALLY filled with 100+ players, I haven't spent a single penny but I have been very lucky with spins I'll admit that, i got Kante from the AFC champs pack with a SINGLE spin, same thing with Big time Matthaus years ago, I got 2015 booster messi with just 2k coins that I saved up throughout the months...you get the idea of my team...nontheless, I won against guys with full epic team 5 or 7 to nill and I lost to guys with much worse team than mine getting absolutely surcalssed in everything. All this just to just say that it is indeed pay to win, but you still need to know how the game plays

La diferencia es muy grande, por momentos da bronca. Muchos jugadores se nota que no son buenos y esos jugadores dan gran ventaja, en la pelota dividida, correr, control del balon, rapidez, ect . Para Konami esto es un negocio, pero creo que deberia existir una regla en la que solo puedas usar los Epicos, si el otro jugador tambien los tiene. Sino pierde la Gracia ...

I played it on ps5. To be clear, i am not that good at this game since last one i played was PES 2006. Played only against AI at superstar level in my League. Won second division and played first league...but when game decides that you need to lose, there is nothing you can do, opponent defender rating 76 easily stops attacker rating 98...opponent attackers rating 74 scores against you easily...you can't touch the ball ai playing like Barcelona at prime but they are 2nd division team...uninstalled game 😅

The thing is u can have good players while beinh free to play but the updates new ones are so bad nomination current one is trash and the updates consistent more of paying players like big packs, 150 draws and stuff before point store was good now meh

It's sad. That's why I deleted the game. I have no problem paying, but I just want an equal mode where you can play against a team with exactly the same stats, like in PES 22. Three years for this rubbish. The same goes for FIFA. I just hate this direction.
