I worked in a convenience store right next to a Great Wolf Lodge. I used to talk to all the employees when they come down to buy their lunches from us. I would never ever go and stay in that place. I would never ever take my kids to swim at that place. I would never ever walk into that place to ask directions. Do you see what I'm trying to say here?
I went to the great Wolf Lodge and I was sitting in the pool and then I heard announcement called code brown, and I got up out the pool, and I saw a little kid sitting there and his parents were yelling at him and they were like “oh my God how did you poo in the pool you goddamn idiot”😅

One time there was a girl who didn’t feel well while eating and her mom held her over THE SINK in the bathroom instead of a toilet and the girl threw up everywhere. We were at a public pool and we all had to get out for like an hour so they could clean it because someone’s kid puked. A woman kept interrupting while they were cleaning and asking when it would be done. After she slowed them down for the 3rd time one of the teens goes “maam your kid is the reason we have to clean the pool anyways. Please wait or leave.” Once we all found out it was her kids fault, and her fault for stopping the cleaning process, we all just started booing her 😂😂 a whole group of people just booed her until she left. It convinced me that humanity is okay for now 😂
I remember me and my friend went to a pool with her little brother and he was like 2 at the time, so we swam with her mom watching her little brother and we saw everyone getting out and they blew the whistle. Me and her were confused so we went to our table and we sat there for like 20 minutes . We saw someone picking up a turd in the pool and her brother……. Well he was getting changed out of his suit🫶

My mum had an embarrassing moment when I was younger. Let me explain: So it was our first time at the aquatic centre, and there was a poop accident in the main pool area. And our 2nd time there I was laughing and I was like, "remember last time when someone pooped in the pool?" And she went "code brown" and at that very moment she said that, a Hispanic person walked past us and they rolled their eyes. And I told my mum and she went "yeah I feel so bad they thought I was saying something racist.." and she really wanted to apologize but they had already left. And shes still looking for the lady to apologize.
The hispanic lady will be okay, y’all didn’t do anything to her specifically, so therefore it’s in the past and maybe she’ll forget about it in the future. It won’t really matter if she does though. 🤷♀️
my community center has an indoor pool like this. But I can’t go 🥹 it’s super crowded and on top of that, the chlorine is so concentrated that my feet were burning to the poor that it made me sob. We had to buy a bottle of cold water from the vending machine and limp me to the car to pour it over my toes and soles. I wore sandals inside, but took them off to get into the water and to walk to the changing room. the entire place had puddles of sitting chlorine water so there was no way I could’ve avoided getting it on my feet and on my sandals. AND we had a false code brown that forced everyone to sit on the edge of the area for 30 minutes until they cleared it. miserable.
I don't swim in public pools or go to waterparks for this reason😂 even if there ain't a turd floating in it when you're there, better believe kids and gross adults are peeing in it

I sweet there a year ago thank god that didn't happen well I was there also that great wolf lodge is the best place ever

God I hate jobs like these, I remember having to clean up a kids throw up. I could barely keep my food down while trying to clean it, lol.
I remember when I was younger, we would head over to either Grapevine Lake or Bass Pro Shop and would see the Lodge driving by it. Thank God we NEVER stayed there.
This happened when I was in Disney world and I went in the pool but they said that there was poop :me:👀

As a former employee at Leslie’s Pool’s, our main advice for this situation is to quote, “Shock the literal living shit out of it.”
One time I was at the Kalahari resort, and I was in the kiddie pool along with my parents. And there was a dirty diaper, and I ended up getting the stomach flu from it😭
Bro i was at great wolf lodge yesterday someone pooped on one of the slide and it closed down 7 waterslides and the lazy river of and some one pooped in the outdoor pool 5 times
One time the first day i was here i wanted to play basketball but some very little kid had to do this
