I’m not saying that Greece is ugly, I believe that it is one of the most beautiful countries in the whole world which it’s exotic islands ! What I’m saying is that it has more than the stereotypical blue and white houses and also many small villages that are an untouched treasure are “covered” with the glamour of islands like Mikonos, Skopelos and Skiathos

I was on holiday in greece this summer more specifically on Skiathos island and .. we went to the mama mia filming locations by boat let me tell you .. it was so fuckin beautiful! The island where the church is at .. stunning the beaches !! stunning!! Skopelos town beautiful !!! it’s literally like you’re in some other world edit and can we please talk about ABBAS new album / songs real quick?😍 they made me cry 😭

It was only 25€ per person for a tour that lasted the whole day ! 🤗 On the boat they played music (Mama Mia soundtrack as well of course!) and served us shots (you could also get cocktails), everyone was dancing and having a good time!! 🍸 They also gave you a coupon where you could get 20% off in a bar near the port and another coupon where you could get 15% off for water sports at a beach near town. Skiathos in general is a very beautiful island! I would definitely recommend everyone to go there If they want to visit Greece! It’s considered the most beautiful island in Greece with the most beautiful beaches - and I can definitely confirm that ! Literally looks like you’re in the Caribbean ! And as a tip: If you (any of you) decide to go to Skiathos I definitely recommend you to look for a pension directly in Skiathos town near the port because 1. that’s where all the action is (LOTS of great bars, different themed clubs, MANY amazing restaurants, lots of young people, many shops, pharmacies etc) 2. because that’s where all the tours start from, more specifically from the port and it really would’ve been annoying to always have to take the bus to get to town in order to do something 3. The bus stop is at the port as well (there are a few beaches and a nature reserve for hiking and horseriding you can reach by taking the bus, ride is about 20 minutes, that way you can also reach the hospital/ health care center btw costs between 2 to 4 € I believe + the bus comes every 10 minutes THE WHOLE DAY I believe from 6AM to 2AM, their public transportation system is really good ) 4. there’s also a beach you can reach by foot near the port which takes about a 15 minute walk. This beach specifically has many great restaurants at the pier (went there the first day when we arrived) 5. there are 2 supermarkets there where you can also buy- next to the regular stuff you can buy at a supermarket of course- sun umbrellas for about 10€ only 6. You’re going to encounter many friendly cats 🤗 and If you want to do a more „private boat tour“ where you’re going to have a more personal experience (about 12 people) I can 100% recommend you a sailing tour with „Water and Snow sailing day“ (you can find it at the port or can find them on instagram) it’s a little more expensive (80€ per person, don’t know If it’s cheaper for children tho) but the couple who arranges the tour is just super lovely! The tour starts around 9 AM - 5:30 PM unlimited amount of drinks, selfmade lunch & dinner (which was very delicious btw) included!🤗 You can relax on comfortable big cushions in the sun or the shade (whatever you prefer) or can chill in a hammock on board!☺️ The couple also has a very sweet and calm german shepherd who’s on board! 🤗 (It’s very friendly and very calm so don’t worry) They’ll do different stops where you can go snorkeling 🤿 or just swimming in the ocean or over to the beach to have a cocktail If you prefer 🤗 Jumping off the boat is also allowed 😉 But according to the husband he told me that the programm always depends on what the guests want to do or see which is very awesome☺️!!
