I appreciate you covered old market but you missed out the flower market and the famous bread stall where all the bakers from Mapusa come to sell their bread. It's right in the centre. It's a very small square with a roof above it. Whenever we are in Goa we come to Mapusa market for shopping for a weekly needs. Next time if you are making a part two of Mapusa, please enter from Pedro Vincent Vaz liquor stores, actually it's a gateway to Mapusa market. Hey they are all branded. These are export surplus. So when the factory has excess clothing made and can't sell to the brand they sell it to these markets for cheap! can find some pretty cool brands sometimes. depends on your luck.

Hey, you can go to Sussegado in Baga for best pork and beef. Godinos in Panjim. Fish you can get at any market in Goa. There is a big fish market infront of Calangute bus stand
