I'm pretty sure the black bulls AREN'T being affected by scale magic. When Henry and Gordon got attacked, they were also healed by Grey and specifically said that they were still absorbing Damnatio's magic. If they were being affected by scale magic, they wouldn't be able to use any magic at all; like the giant golems and the witches. That's the difference between "scale regulate" and "scale dominate".
Asta about to let out that inner Gon also keep in mind when asta went “Berserk” it was Liebe not him so now imagine Asta coming back seeing his friends dead or on their deathbed shit about to get real 😅

The black bulls are the strongest squad by leaps and bounds. It's not even close anymore. They are truly a squad of monsters fit to be lead by Meleona.
If Asta does not get back we are seeing know how hard they are fighting but they will die if Asta can't come in clutch because the last one person I can think of that can stop Kira is Yami but were is Yami right know I know he might be bissy but the squad is going down hill if these two which I am referring to Asta and Yami plus the hole squad come together im sure that they can pull it off but there might be some casualty's or the hole squad will dye.
Didn't Magma absorb Dantes magic reserves as an upgrade? That would explain closing the power gap as hes at the same power level as Luck or around it. Besides it wouldn't work as a gag if we know Magma is still weaker than Luck if they show scenes competing with each other with that gap in mind. The writer probability threw in that upgrade if anybody asked, besides I like Magma getting more powerful.😊
I love black clover but the power scaling is broken. If the scales guy got rid of half their strength and they were defeating lower tuer captins easily doesnt that mean that every single person in the black bulls is high captain level or low wizard king level. Im not hating on black clover, i think the chapter we got is sick its just that i reckon that the bar to enter magic knight captin level needs to be higher than it currently is. Were at a point now where you could argue that everyone in the blackbulls is a wizard king. Im not sure if the recent black clover level is canon or not but that also goes to shows how low the bar is to be considered captin magic night level
