Hello Marlyn, I love the looks of those "turons" that you skewered. They looked so delicious!!! They remind me so much when I was growing up there in Caridad Cavite Philippines. I was about 8 or 10yrs old when my grandmother gave money to buy "turon" from the neighborhood sari-sari store. I used to climb our neighbor's mango tree to harvest a few mangoes. I miss those childhood days growing up in Cavite - my grandmother's neighborhood.
You are such a hard working beautiful inspiring courageous young lady Marlyn.

This video is so encouraging. Waking up so early in the morning preparing the day's food for sale, not only that, one has to carry all this food by hand then walk to the destination and sell it. Mom sleeps from 8 to 9 at night depending on when she finishes preparing what she will cook in the morning. I also usually sleep at 10 o'clock, sometimes it takes until 11pm☺️
