    Used to live there, one of the saddest things about the place was watching all the small businesses get booted out little by little. The comic stores, the pet shops, one bar just replacing another. I wonder if that fabric store caved yet. It was an aggressive little community in terms of business. Great people with a small town vibe otherwise.

      Yeah now its all a bunch of hipster crap now. I still love this neighborhood but I know what you mean

      Fabric store closed 2 years ago, it's being converted into a dinner theater

    0:11, that Seacoast Food Store on the corner was in Revenge of the Killer Tomatoes a year later. "It's time for an initiation. Alpha Beta, Vons!"

    Now it’s full of hipsters, my dad moved us to this neighborhood back in 97 i was only 5 years old im 30 now, but i love that neighborhood thats all i know. I now own my own house with wife and kids not too far away in city heights
