I loved this roleplay. I think having a 2-sided conversation allows the dialogue to feel more natural. I understand why many roleplays aim to address the viewer directly, but the "responses" can feel inconsistent if the viewer doesn't engage how you expect them to. Listening in on others' conversations feels under-explored within the ASMR space, your voice is lovely as always even when not speaking to me.
I also think having multiple characters was a good idea as it gives the freedom to switch topics of conversation when you write you way to the end of an answer.
Would love to see more videos like this, but I understand it's tricky to organise collaborations with other artists.
I completely get what you mean. I enjoy listening to collab videos, especially when the artists are talking to each other. It's just very pleasant.

You're not alone in not liking the sound of your voice. A good half of us (or more!) hate the way we sound in recordings. Heck, I edited my own voice for this one so that it sounded more like An Ordinary Human and not what I sound like in person *cringe*

It takes a bit of time to put together, but I def want to do it again at some point :) It was very fun!
So much fun! This format reminds me of a call in show in the game Control. The hosts take calls on behalf of Bureau of Control as a front for finding abnormalities. Very fun to listen to in game.
Oh that's such a cool concept. Control has been recommended to me quite a few times, I really need to play it
@@AlternateAurora I highly recommend Control. Very fun and dynamic gameplay, interesting story line, awesome protagonist, very mysterious environment, and mesmerizing visuals. Plus, you can unlock Cat Ears to wear around the office. Jamming out to Take Control is also very fun.

Reminds me of this podcast i listen to called "A Voice from Darkness". Its about this professor of the supernatural that hosts a radio show and helps listeners with their problems and talks about supernatural events across America. Really recommend giving it a listen

No school like the old school
First off, my sincere thanks for allowing me to participate. I am very glad of the opportunity.
I listened to this on my drive to work, while it was still dark outside. In my vehicle, the audio definitely had that feel of something one might tune into late at night on the radio...but it also had an identical feel of something one might wake up to when one has fallen asleep with the TV on and awakened some hours later when the really weird infomercials and such are running around unsupervised. It was both familiar and surreal, if that makes sense.
I really liked the creativity and variety of the call-in samples. But even more so, I liked the way that the responses to each call were crafted and delivered. Each call received what sounded like a very sincere, knowledgeable, and potentially helpful reply. I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting in terms of the entire thing, but it seemed to me that the responses featured in the video were the best ones to be made. Everything seemed right and fitting. Which for me, at least, added even more to the immersive experience of listening to (and participating in, oh joy!) an actual call-in radio show.

Greetings, I hope this reaches you well.
Im reach out in hopes that the Amazing Aurora, the masterful mystic would be willing to take on a written question? I’m having a bit of a electricity crisis.. a few weeks ago there was a child playing way too close to some power lines and was caught on the current of a live wire. I came to their rescue and decided the only way to separate them was to stand between them and the source of the electricity. This worked, but I was then immediately blasted by electricity and thrown quite some feet away. Thankfully, I was mostly fine.. but as they say “no good deed goes unpunished”.. ever since that day i’ve got a thick air of static electricity around me, the ends of my hair stand up, and my bed sheets constantly flash and shock me at night, and now the worst has happened, I have been struck by lightning…. I don’t know how much longer I can carry on like this! Any assistance you can offer on this matter would be greatly appreciated! - Alekhine

@@AlternateAurora she's a character by the band Lord Huron for their album Vide Noir, who had an interactive voicemail menu akin to a choose your own adventure (it is sadly no longer functional, but she is also visible in a worldbuilding video/short film they produced)
