How to get only Realtime Device Punches Data in SQL?

- In this video, I've shown how to get Realtime device punches data in SQL in a fix table format.
This is useful when you only want device data in SQL or you want device data in your own database.

If device is finger device and with software connectivity is done then there must be an e symbol, if it's also there and still device is not sending data to db then just get the log backup and clear the loga from device.
After you will get the data.

I have successfully connected the device (Realtime-t52) to my windows server(AWS) and receives data in MySQL from any location. but I have one issue that, every day I have to close and start the Live_data_sql_utility application, I always run the application as administrator.
First you actually don't need to run the utility as administartor.Normal run is also fine.
And next, Do you restart your server??
If yes then put the utility in startup so that whenever your server starts utility get started autometically.
Of you don't restart server then i don't think it's an issue register dlls again.
It's weird actually i haven't heard this type of issue

@@techsandeep224 yes!!! you can both devices are same just only difference is this that RS-20 is with inbuilt WiFi and T-52 is with Additional (Optional) WiFi.

@@techsandeep224 Actually you can't but yes you can get the biometrics Punch data in your Linux SQL server fro that you will need to run a utility on any windows system that will recieve the data from Biometrics and will send the data in your Linux SQL server.
And this utility is paid it's not free.
Dear Technodi, I have got RS 10 and T304F, for RS 10 the supplied PHP sdk works fine in our linux cloud server. but for T304F the sdk is not working. there are error.. Do you have any clue why this? if you able to solve the problem we will pay you for your service. . Note: we have upgraded to face detection from finger. and then we are stuck. but meantime we already converted all devices to T304F. I hope you can help me to find a solution. thanks

@@Technodi we are trying from linux environment and php sdk. We are getting socket key missing in headers when face scan or finger punch of T304F

You developed your own software with SDK to run on the Linux environment with WebSocket or Application is running on windows environment and sending data to your Linux server.
I want to store machine data on our webiste, how can we do this , please let me know ASAP, is there any API to fetch data?
We can give you SDK you can develop your own software to read the data from biometrics and write wherever you want.Else you get the data anywhere on local server/system and then you can read that or send that to your website or wherever.

Hi Technodi,
I have configure all of this that you shown here in my aws windows server and my local pc. My local pc are getting data in mssql perfectly but when I set my public ip(aws) then its not working. I cant get any data in my aws windows server. Is there any other settings needed for aws?
Another things is e icon is showed beside the network icon when i set the ip for my local pc. but if i set my public ip then e icon are not showed.
I am using RS20(wifi) device

make sure you have open the Port (Port forwarding).
and also where you are getting data is it sql or MY sql.

@@Technodi I am using MSSQL in my local pc and also in my aws instance (local MSSQL). Which port I needed to check MSSQL 1433 or tool 7005?
I have already add 1433 for MSSQL in my instance inbound settings security. And when I am checking netstat -ano | find "7005" it showed listening in my aws cmd.
may I need to add any rules in my inbound security of my intance for 7005 or any?

I have followed your instructions. I have connected my Realtime finger print reader (RS20B-GPRS) in LAN . I can ping my device and also can connect using provided access control software. But there is no e symbol in the device. After connecting to Lan, PC type icon is showing. I have disabled antivirus, firewall and register DLL's. In your Log Server window, "welcome" is not showing as shown in your video. Any solution will be very helpful for me.
You should check the below things...
Make sure device is getting Internet.
Make sure you have give the correct server ip in device (if device is in same network server ip will be your systems IP else your public IP)
Make sure server port is 7005.
Now if above settings are ok still data is not being received put the device on dhcp and restart once.
And also see if there is any firewall in your network that is blocking.
Reset there is nothing that you need to check.
If still issue lwt me know will see.

All are working in my LAN environment. Device data transfer to my Web server ms sql server through my local server pc. Thank you so much for your help. Now I will connect my device using Gprs and use my public ip in my server. Hope it works!
I have set SIM card in the device for GPRS connectivity. Operator name is showing in the left side and signal bar is OK. I have set correct APN of my operator. But Device IP is showing 0.0.0.0 in menu > system info.
If IP is showing 0.0 this means device is jot getting internet.
will this utility work for essl k30 pro???

register dlls again,disable antivirus if there any or approve application in antivirus, also check system firewall it should be turned off.
if all this is ok the definitely you will get e symbol & it will get connected.

my both port is on 7005 . i am succesfully able to ping my device but i am not getting any data from biometric also nothing is showing in biometric log server
Which biometrics model it is?
And check if port is excluded in both system firewall and antivirus or you can disable both.
Then check
@@Technodi Model is T6 , i've created also sql server , allowed 7005 port firewall but still it doesn't showing anything
T6 is not meant to be connected in auto push. You will need to use manual transfer application.
Web Data Transfer utility through this u can manually download and upload the data to your sql or schedule it on minutes.

Chetan Behl what's the device model no?? If it's only finger device check e symbol on the device.
And if everything is fine, tgen onve delete all precious logs from device(Delete all data or clear all time log)

I have purchase Realtime RS20 WIFI device. I am trying to get data in my MSsql. According to your vedio I have already set up every thing but I am connected with this device via local wifi. So no ping found in 192.168.1.224. But ping found at 192.168.86.2 ip which is given from router. In your vedio, 8:44 minute, you check the ping for 192.168.1.224 and your utility is working. My question is Is there any option to change the device ip in live_data_sql folder file for 192.168.86.2. I hope this code is default written for 192.168.1.224 ip. So where I need to change.

First of all 192.168.1.224 is a random IP address in the device that can be changed any time as per your network so you no need to worry about ping of that IP.
Now coming to next if you are getting a ping on @t and this IP is distributed by your network router then this is the IP address of your device. YOu can check it in the device Wifi setting by disabling DHCP.
And now, in the end, there is no default written code for IP address in Application live_data_sql.
So let me clear you here....
When you connect the device with your network via LAN or WiFi and you get a valid IP address assigned by your network router that means now device is in your network.
Now in the next, you have to tell the device where it has to send the data, and that will the server IP for Device.
That Server IP is going to be the IP address of that system where Live_Data_SQL utility is running there.

1. In this setup, what settings need to set in my device for DHCP?
May I need to enable DHCP or not?
2. According to your reply, in device settings, I need to set server IP and port (7005) only where the utility run, If I am not wrong. And device and server need to connected in same network.
3. Tommorow, I will try to config the whole process again and inform you if any problem occur.
not in setup in WiFi you need to make dhcp so that if your device get restart there will he no io conflict.

My question is using the utility may I get the time with a defined paunch in/out in my paunch table?
